NO, SEOL! ☄ not exactly a nickname since it is her actual picked-up name, but it's the tone that's used when saying this — exasperance as seol yet again goes off to do something that'd ultimately cause trouble, it's a pun with the english word 'no' that is the actual reason why seol decided to use this name, finding it funny (though clearly no one else feels the same way).
SPAWN OF SATAN ☄ because of her 'exuberant' personality, seol's called this by many of the people who know her, who yell "sos, sos, sos is here!" when she enters the room.

KOREAN ☄ despite it being part of korean culture to speak in formal language when talking to strangers and others they don't know well yet, seol often ignores the rules and drops formalities almost immediately, asking straight-up from first meeting whether she can go straight to using banmal, much to yijun's horror. it's part of the reason why people think of seol as crude and audacious, but really, seol just hates stiffness and uncomfortableness. formalities, shmormalities, whatever!
ENGLISH ☄ surprisingly or not, seol's a linguist, and english being one of the most commonly spoken languages on earth, it's actually the first language seol learnt, which is also a reason why she found it hard to adapt to the formal-informal standards that korean has. she often throws in random english phrases in her daily speech, and enjoys showing off her ability to fluently converse in english as much as possible, giving tourists' directions to places (even if sometimes the directions may be wrong) and answering questions in class in english for no reason.
