Let's start positive! Well, Aerin's someone who can very easily adaptable, meaning she can do anything you ask of her. She's like a jack-of-all-trades, very good at most things she does, which makes her flexible and able to fill in for missing members. She's also one of the most cheerful people you'll ever meet. If you're having a bad day, just go find Aerin, and she'll offer encouraging words and objective advice! As well as this, she loves making friends. Aerin's not one of those popular girls, but she's friendly to everyone she meets, even if they're rude to her. She just thinks that they're having bad day. One of the best things about Aerin is that she's super attentive; she notices the small things that most other people don't. For instance, if you ever mentioned your favorite ice cream flavor to Aerin, she'd remember that and order it for you when you feel sad (or when you just want it). It may be a small gesture, but it's very heartwarming, and even if people don't appreciate it, Aerin would rather have tried than not at all.
Now, the neutrals. See, Aerin is really loyal to the people she cares about. If she likes you, she'll stick with you. That's not a bad thing, but what if she falls in with the wrong people? She'll be in a really bad situation that way, not able to leave the people but also not wanting to stay with them. Okay, honesty. Well, now the negatives. Yeah, if you can't already tell, Aerin is a child at heart. That includes doing things like cling to her unnies, being scared of ghosts and the dark, and even insisting on speaking in a baby voice! Well, sometimes lol, when she wants to throw a fit. Speaking of which, Aerin is a whiner. Sure, she can take hours and hours of hard training, but not without some good whining. She'll complain about all the hard work they have to do, about how she's dying, but in the end, the training has to get done. Yeah, she's also not the neatest person ever... she hardly ever makes her bed, and her clothes are scattered all around her room. Not a pretty sight, haha. She's also quite impatient; if you promise her something, get it done as soon as possible because she'll nag at you until you get it done.
BACKGROUND:
Aerin was born to a Chinese mother, Wang Lijun, and a Korean father, Choi Byungho. She was born in China and still holds a Chinese passport (she couldn't bear to let go of her heritage). Her mother is the heiress of a large insurance company, and her father is a politician. When Aerin was four, her sister Mirin was born, and the family decided to move to Korea for Byungho's career.
Aerin and Mirin grew up normally, just like any other kid would. After all, no one in Korea knew of their mother, and their father's career was just starting to take off. Aerin remembers she was twelve when her father finally began to be recognized. Then, all the kids in school started whispering about her, and her parents took Aerin and Mirin out of public school and put them into private school. It was in private school that Aerin discovered her love for music. Her music teacher, Kim Areum, saw potential in Aerin, and she kept her after school to train her voice.
When Aerin was fourteen, her father was involved in a scandal: news reports saw him coming out of a hotel room with a woman. It turned out to be true, and Aerin's parents divorced. Her mother wanted to take the children with her back to China, but by this point, the girls were already used to living in Korea, so they all stayed. Aerin and Mirin lived with their mother in an apartment close to their school, and they never talked about their father ever again. This hurt Aerin immensely; who was her father to be cheating? Who was her mother to put up with it? Who were they all to pretend like nothing ever happened? Suddenly, Aerin had to grow up and be a responsible daughter, a good big sister, and maybe she wasn't ready for that, but she did it anyway.
When she was sixteen, Aerin was scouted while shopping. An SM agent just came up to her, introduced himself, and handed her a card. Aerin was thrilled, but her mother was less so. Her mother disapproved of Aerin's dream and told her that singing wasn't a job. However, Aerin persisted, and eventually, with the help of Mirin, her mother reluctantly let her audition, under the circumstance that if she didn't get in, she could never audition again. Aerin took the chance, and thankfully, she was accepted.
Once in SM, Aerin grew close to the other trainees, especially the ones older than her, and she started showing her childish side, as if to make up for her childhood that was cut short.

PERSONALITY: As the leader of Infinite, Sunggyu is a caring, serious person known for throwing away his pride on variety shows. He has to be mature in order to lead the group, but sometimes, he acts like the youngest member. His aegyo is forced and makes everyone cringe, but they all love him anyway because who wouldn't? Like Aerin, Sunggyu notices the small things, and he cares about Infinite like they're his real brothers. He gest jealous insanely easily, and he's also very sensitive about the between them. He worries that being in such a relationship would ruin both of them (and their groups). Even though Sunggyu has a temper, he's definitely softhearted, and the only thing keeping him from outright apologizing after fights is his pride.
HOW YOU MET: Actually, they met through Super Junior's Heechul. Knowing that Aerin was a huge Inspirit and wanted to meet Infinite, Heechul arranged a meeting under the guise of helping Aerin cover kpop songs and meeting other artists. Needless to say, Aerin nearly fainted from happiness. Sunggyu thought she was adorable, and they stayed in contact. They couldn't see each other in person very much, but with Super Junior's help, they managed to grow ever closer.
Out of character: I don't want them to be dating yet. I want Milky Way to debut, and then Infinite will be supporting them backstage, and Sunggyu will be in awe of how grown-up she looks, and there will be a tight feeling in his chest. After the performance is done, the first person to greet Aerin will be Hoya, and she hugs him. That's when Sunggyu finally realizes that he loves her and is somehow jealous of Howon. However, in order to save her from scandals, he keeps his feelings to himself. However, everyone can tell that something's wrong because he's even more irritable than usual. Finally, at Milky Way's first win, he goes and asks her out. She's terrified for both his career and hers, but nonetheless, she wants to try it with him. They keep it secret until Hoya finds out, in which case all of Infinite knows, so naturally, Super Junior all knows. Being experienced idols, however, they all keep the secret. Finally, Aerin plucks up the courage to tell Milky Way, and I guess their reactions depends! But I would like them to support her, of course.
INTERACTIONS: Note: after they start dating, of course. But oh boi. THey're like the most disgusting couple ever. They're all over each other and so touchy-feely that it's cringey. Because Sunggyu is so much older than Aerin (well, six years), he really treasures her, and she's the one person who can melt him. He'll make cheesy jokes and she'll laugh at all of them, and she'll act like a child and he'll spoil her. Literally, they couldn't live without cuddling, and she loves to sit in his lap.
Before they start dating though, I think there would just be a lot of tension in the air. Sunggyu just tries not to pounce on her, and she wants to touch him like close friends, but of course, that's how scandals start. Admittedly, because of this, the members of each group could pretty much already guess that they were going to end up in a relationship lol.

He's one of those comic relief characters and always makes s laugh. He shows the people he cares about how much he loves them, but that wasn't always the case. Actually, before MBLAQ became three members, he was too embarrassed to talk about his feelings. However, when Lee Joon and Thunder left, he blamed himself, so now he treasures everyone in his life.
HOW YOU MET: Like most idols, they met backstage. MBLAQ was having a comeback around the same time Milky Way debuted, so they bumped into each other on the way. MBLAQ, being polite sunbaes, wished Milky Way good luck. Now, G.O knew that Aerin was a huge A+, so he specifically addressed her. The members were all shocked and advised her to ignore him, but being the fan she is, she just laughed and thanked him. Afterwards, they kept in contact via manager (if Milky Way isn't allowed phones yet).
INTERACTIONS: Jung Byunghee needs to ing chill. Right, he's so affectionate that Aerin feels like she's being smothered in it. He's always really upbeat when they talk, which makes her entire day bright, but sometimes, she thinks he needs to tone it down a bit. He always offers to help her with her vocal training and is always disappointed when she says she doesn't need it. Honestly, most of their interactions consist of him being idiotically cheerful and her laughing but not really laughing. She loves hanging out with him but feels as if he tries too hard; she doesn't realize that he likes her.

SHe was right, because the very next day, Aerin was informed that she would be debuting with the next girl group lineup. This time, she hoped it was true.
