BACKGROUND born on friday the 13th, it seems misery followed nahyun from the beginning. with her parents not financially well-off, she opted for part time jobs out of her own free will despite their protests. as she was working at the convienence store nearby the school, acquaintances from her school came by and recognized her. they quickly became friends, but nahyun didn't realize they were only friends with her for free/discounted snacks. she was stocking snacks when she overheard their conversation: "that girl nahyun, she's such a pushover." "does she really think we want to be friends with a beggar like her?" "she's dirt poor, what an embarrassment to be seen by her." from then on, nahyun developed a twisted perception of other people and never revelead her 'weak' side again.

PERSONALITY somewhat a polar opoosite to nahyun, sanha is like a giant puppy that constantly craves affection and approval. generally optimistic and enthusiastic, he is also able to connect well with other people due to his social nature. he often comes off too aggresive making friends since he genuinely loves making friends. though he is patient, he makes dumb decisions impulsively. loyal, patient, optimistic, impulsive, too needy/clingy, aggresive(-ly friendly).
FIRST MEETING it goes without saying that nahyun eats by herself in the cafeteria. so when sanha decides to sit with her from the beginning of second year forward, everyone was extremely confused (hyojin: "what the actual hell sanha, there's literally hundreds of other kids that would be a better choice!"). despite nahyun's vocal adamancy to sanha's attempt at friendship, he insisted on sticking around her, much like a giant puppy. sanha was determined to bring out the good side of nahyun that he was sure she had. nahyun would never admit, not even to herself, that she was fond of him from the beginning.

"say what you want, but i can tell you're warming up to me." he grins.
"not true. and, finish chewing your food before grinning like an idiot. it's gross when people just smile with a mouth full of food. it's really unnatractive, you know?" she rolled her eyes.
he cheekily grins again, "see, i'm right." you ramble when you lie.
"tch, whatever." she stood up to go wash her hands.
