Does anyone know how to get rid of horrible writer's block. I've been sitting in front of my laptop for the past hour trying to update my stories and I can't type anything down. :(

Like I know what I want to write about, and I have the idea in my head but I can't seem to type it down. I'm getting distracted easily and I'm really frustrated lol I really need to update my stories but I just can't :(

Does anyone have any good recommendations? Anything that helps you guys? I really need some help :/
