Personality: Mei is a girly, fun loving girl. She expresses herself in ways that some people don't. She doesn't use music to express herself or , but rather she paints or draws a picture or even writes a letter to her heart. She loves fashion is definately a fashionista. Wherever she is going, you know that she will dress up for the occassion.

She is very observant and careful in her choices and options. She thinks before she speaks and lives by not saying anything if it isn't nice. She can easily be read by her eyes. She doesn't speak her mind, even when she gets the option because naturally quiet. She is calm, but does love her outings. She loves going out and having fun. Stage Name: Meili (means beautiful in Chinese)

Persona: Lovebird

Training History: After she got accepted into SME, she became friends with the then-trainee, Zico and went to her practice classes with him but she started to miss her parents a lot and often became homesick and that caused her to become more and more anti-social with her fellow trainees, not including Zico, who had often talked to her about her parents.

Because she wasn't that social with people outside of Zico, her comfort zone in SME, she did not date any trainees or debuting idols nor did she make friends with much trainees there, which doesn't bother her that much. After 2 years of sitting in the back seat and training hard, she also started working hard to get her name out and became more social with her peers.

In order to rid herself of the unchangable stereotype 'loner' she decided to leave SME and auditioned to become a trainee at JYP where she met her beloved friend Jia, and even got accepted.

She is an only child to her Chinese parents. Her mother has tried for many years to have a child because she is infertile, but she ended up getting pregnant and having XiMei. She was raised helping her parents run a cafe in the heart of Beijing. She has a kitten named 'XiGua', which means watermelon in Chinese.
