► What does Mikyung like to wear? Well, I can tell you one thing for sure- A lot of high-waisted shorts. In fact, high-waisted everything is a total plus. Honestly, her closet doesn't have much variety color-wise. Almost everything is black, white, or dark blue. She wants to be either cute or comfy, normally cute. Mikyung is prepared to sacrifice being comfortable on a plane if she can be beyond cute. When it's colder she wears a jacket of some sort- Sometimes with shorts, others with leggings and jeans. A skirt is possible as well. She's a fan of striped and plaid for her shirts. Her formal basically matches her normal color scheme despite being done by her stylists, a lot of black and white and dark blue. Normally she'll wear short dresses, but occasionally a blouse and skinny jeans work if it's between formal and casual. At the airport, she deviates a bit and wears light blue a lot, just to change is up for the fans. Almost all of her pajamas are nightgowns, some uglier than others but if she likes the material, she'll buy it. Mikyung has a lot of color variety there, from yellow to pink to purple to white to grey...Like I said, the material. She only ever wears heels and tennis shoes, if she wears something different its because she was forced. Mikyung hates boots, flats, sandals, etc. She actually has a lot of different pairs of glasses, from clear plastic with big frames to thin, black metal ones. She prefers cheap to expressive there. Her makeup tends to be on a more natural side, as her skin is very pale and she feels that intense makeup looks bad of her. Her nails are painted at all times. She's done some really cool things, and if you're really close with her, she'll do your nails with fancy things. Her favorite thing she's done thus far are these, on YeoJin. Here

ELABORATION /

► Mikyung is always praised for her proper manners and charming smile. Many would say this is just for show at important dinners or parties, but she genuinely learned her manners from a young age and appreciates them. She hates the rich kids that have no manners. That's totally falling into a terrible stereotype. Using manners is a wonderful way to get into people's good graces, and so are her clever words. Mikyung is the one who will always have a clever annecdote up her sleeve, and is generally one to catch on quickly to social or other cues. People like that about her- They feel they can trust her to pick up on those things, and essentially use her. Mikyung isn't one to be used, but if someone can earn her trust then they've got it for life. She's extremely loyal to her friends, father, and step-mother, and would do anything for them. Mikyung cannot bare to think she'd do something that would harm the trust she holds with the special people in her life. That being said, she's very logical and knows when to step away from her emotions. Yeojin can look through situations with unaffected eyes and find the cold hard truth and facts, no matter how harmful or sad they may be. She is versatile and good in many kinds of situations (Though this one may be a little beyond her normal scope). Mikyung is good at many things, and challenges herself to find new ways to think. She is intelligent and gets good grades- Great, in fact. She knows how her own brain works and figures out how to use this to her advantage.

 

► She is the kind of person who thinks progessing as a society instead of going backwards is a good thing- Crazy, I know! Mikyung is very progressive and thinks South Korea needs to lighten the hell up. With their LGBTQ+ rights, drugs, and all the other forbidden topics, Mikyung thinks everyone is being too old fashioned. Do you see the world we live in today? We can't even bother to move forward? She ambitiously tries to change this, and is very open with her opinions on such topics. Mikyung is also ambitious in her daily life- For her grades, her place in the school "food chain" as she so puts it, so on and so forth. She believes in giving her all, and Mikyung does whatever she can do advance in her career. Beyond that, Mikyung is very in-tune with herself and is very feminine. She embraces her body and spirit, and lives with a truly feminine aura.

 

► Of course, it can't all be good or so-so. An overwhelming trait is Mikyung's shallow outlook. She one-hundred percent believes in basing someone's worth off of their look and possessions, despite her otherwise progressive beliefs. Mikyung will not even talk to you unless you look really good, and she doesn't care what other people think. She's well-set in the way she thinks of beauty and this can't be changed. In general, she thinks negatively and that people will never be good even if she tries to make it otherwise. It's kind of like she tries but really is just trying to disappoint herself. She doesn't habitually see the good in people, and this really leads to her accusatory self. She always pushes the blame on and is suspicious of other people. They're always in the wrong, why would it be her? Mikyung would rather push the blame all on someone else instead of trying to reflect and learn from her mistakes. She's arrogant and believes she's really above most people. Mikyung feels very self-important and you can tell just by the way hse carries herself. her epression may seem cute, but really, if you look deeper into it then you can see that her expression is of arrogance and judgement. She is a poisonous person, really. Mikyung can and is willing to ruin your life if you get on her bad side. Not to say that she does this to every person who upsets her, but if you're really a you can kiss your happiness goodbye. Mikyung really is a calculating person, and she often takes it too far. Sure, it's good in a business setting but when you chose to calculate your every move and show others they're more like game pieces than people, it's not good at all.

 

PAST&PRESENT  /

► No Mikyung was born as the only daughter of Son Sangmi and No Hojin. The two were considered a "power couple" in their time. Son Sangmi was the eldest daughter of a major name in the automobile industry while No Hojin worked his way up from age sixteen to be the CEO of a popular cosmetics company. Naturally, Mikyung was showered with everything she needed and wanted. Against common thought, her parents actually were very close to and involved in raising her. They'd take her to work with one of them before her school years just to spend more time together. Mikyung often woke up to the question, "Do you want to go to work with Mama or Papa?" She was spoiled and she got everyone she wanted looking at her. Mikyung always got along with her parents, even when she started going to school. They'd have dinner together no matter how late one of the three got home. Mikyung even helped most nights, and for whatever reason they always had pasta Thursday. She loved it, and Mama and Papa seemed to love it too. They hardly complained in front of Mikyung, if ever. That's probably why it was surprising shortly before Mikyung turned ten.

► Only a week before her tenth birthday, Mikyung woke up to arguing. She stayed quiet in her much-too-lavish bedroom and listened. She couldn't hear much until there was the sound of her mother's car backing out of the driveway. Mikyung only found out what happened the next morning, if you could call it that. "Where did mama go? Why are you always smiling? Are you reallly happy?" "Just who did you think we were doing this for?!" Her parents always put up a happy front for her, but really her mother and father were not a good match. Her mother never wanted to be the heiress to her family's fortune, and never wanted to be looked at like she had power in the world. The fight her parents had was when her father caught her mother leaving. She packed all her things up and left. Mikyung never saw her mother, but tried not to let it get to her. Eventually, her father apologized for his outburst and worked hard as a single father and CEO. He has  an office set up for Mikyung to do her homework and play in, right next to his at his office building.

► This separation was terribly public, however, and harmed her father's image greatly- Mikyung was hardly able to enroll in the private school her father wanted her to go because the school only took those with good public images. It took a lot of paying off and a threat to sue. After that, Mikyung became obsessed with image and appearance. People tried to bully her but she simply smiled, spread some poison, and waited for it to grow. She was cute and lovely on the outside but everyone knew she would ruin your life if it meant she could look better. She began to model to show everyone what real beauty was- None of that inside beauty bull the world spread. The way to be beautiful was to look it, and be powerful behind those soft looks. Minkyung was picky about those who could be near her and easily showed she could make it in the business world. Since her mother left, Mikyung has changed. Three months ago, her father remarried to a woman Mikyung would really like if it weren't for her daughter who if a few years older than her. She is amazing in school and tries hard to prove she can inherit her father's position.
