I'm having some pretty tough complications with food right now lol! 
So, I texted my friend a couple of days ago for her Nigerian stew recipe that I had at her house about 6 years ago. I don't know why I had a sudden craving for it, but... I did. She sent me the recipe but made one mistake... She didn't send me any measurements TT~!! So I just had to guess everything and wing it.
It didn't turn out ANYTHING like how she made it, which I was sad about, but it was still REALLY good.
