so i called the police and they said i have to call a kansas police department, but the thing is, one: i have no idea if that's actually where they're from, and two: if they are from that state, i have no idea what city theyre from.

i did get it contact with this person and they said they werent okay (made it very obvious actually).. its hard to tell if they are being serious about actually taking this step, or if its just a cry for help because its the internet and you know.. its tad bit hard to read emotions when theyre not physically there...

there is only one way i could think of to get this all situated, but i literally have no idea how to do it (and im pretty sure its illegal to do it too). 

i dont freaking know.. the only thing i can really do right now is hope that theyre family realizes that something is wrong.
