1. How did you come up with your user name and what does it mean?

When I joined 4 years ago SHINee was the only group I really listened to and Key was my bias so after a few months with my original username a friend suggested the one I have now. Although SHINee is no longer my bias group and Key is no longer my Ultimate bias nor my bias in SHINee I don't have enough karma points to change it. 

 

2. Which is your most subscribed to story?

My newest one Dark & Wild (108 subs YAY!)

 

3. Why did you pick your user photo/thumbnail?

I change it frequently and I just chose that one at the time.

 

4. Who is your AFF bestie?

Jinkis-Sarang~Jenners :) She was one of my first friends on here, helped me choose my username when I changed it, and has helped me along the way. 

Kitten_Starlight~Maknae :) We actually met on RPR through one of my RPers that we were both friends with at the time and soon we became besties.

 

5. Is there a fanfic that you keep going back to read again and again?

I don't usually reread a story whether it's a fanfic or an actual book. 

 

6. How many stories are you subscribed to?

513  but some are shops and truthfully I need to go through them and unsub the ones I no longer read or have completely read

 

7. What AU do you find yourself writing about most?

It's changed since I joined AFF. I like to write supernatural now.

 

8. How many friends do you have?

42 even if I don't talk to them daily they're still my friends. 

 

9. Is there something you'd like to write about but are afraid of people judging you for it? (Feeling brave? If so, share it!)

Hmmm....I don't think so. 

 

10. Is there anything you would like to be better at on AFF? Writing, graphic design (posters), replying to comments, updating regularly, etc..?

Updating… I've been sick lately so I haven't updated regularly. Plus there was a time that I went over a year without updating because I was so into RPIng that I would just forget to update.

 

11. How many subscribers do you have?

161 unique, 171 in total. 

12. How many stories have you posted online to this day (finished and unfinished)?

I have 7 now (2 of which are in draft mode) and I've deleted at least 3 maybe more so I'm going to say at least 10 maybe 12.

 

13. How many stories do you have saved in your writing program?

9 counting the one I'm currently working on.

 

14. Do you write down story ideas, or just keep them in your head?

I always try to write down my ideas so that I don't lose them.

15. Have you ever co-authored a story?

No. I have not but I would love to someday.

I don't remember but probably Google

No lol but I am happy with the amount of people who like and read my stories.

No.

 

19. Was there an AFF author who inspired or encouraged you to write?

Not that I can remember but some have helped me along the way.

21. What writing advice would you give to a beginning author?

Do not give up. Keep writing and reading. Reading others' fanfics can help you just as much as writing yours does. I love reading what other people write and I try to write daily (even if it's not my fanfic) because I think it helps me to improve my writing skills. Even if you feel like you aren't doing that well or you get negative feedback, DO NOT give up. Take that feedback as an incentive to improve your writing. Consider it constructive criticism. 

22. Do you plot out your stories, or do you just figure it out as you go?

Although I do both, I lean more towards plotting them out. I like to picture each chapter in my head completely before writing it down but there are times when I just go with the flow.

 

23. Have you ever gotten a bad review or comment on a story? If so, what did you do?

Not that I remember.

 

24. Is there a certain type of scene that you have a hard time writing? (action, , etc..)

I think all scenes can be hard but which one is hard for me depends on my mood and mindset.  If I'm not in the mindset to write then that is the scene that is hardest at that point. 

 

25. What story(s) are you working on now?

I am currently working on Dark & Wild which is a BTS vampire fanfic, Mama which is an EXO alien fanfic, a VIXX werewolf fanfic that has no title, and I'm trying to continue SHINee Girl One Shots.

 

26. Do you plan your next project(s) before you finish your current ongoing story(s)?

Yes, as I said I have 9 current projects in progress. If an idea comes to me I write it down and try to work on it along with the others. But right now I am only posting Dark & Wild. 

 

27. Do you have a daily writing goal set for yourself?

I set a goal of at least a chapter a day but it doesn't always happen.

 

28. Do you think you've improved as a writer since you first started?

Yes. I feel that the more a person writes the more their writing improves. 

 

29. What is your favorite story that you've written?

My very first one SHINee Girl is still by far my favorite but Dark & Wild is becoming a close second. 

 

30. What is your least favorite story that you've written?

Married to the Maknae, which is why I deleted it actually. After rereading what I had I didn't like it so I got id of it. I may try to rewrite it at some point.

 

31. Where do you see yourself (as a writer) in 5 years?

Hopefully, still writing. That’s all I want.

33. What is the easiest thing about writing?

Having a voice I do not have in other circumstances (especially since I'm an introvert).

 

34. What is the hardest thing about writing?

Everything (people who say writing is easy have no idea what they’re talking about) [totally leaving shin-oopa's answer here because I completely agree with this]

 

35. Why do you write?

I have been writing since junior high because it's what I love to do. I wanted to be a famous writer someday and will continue to write whether that happens or not.
