I need your help with a decision 

Hey guys so I need your help with something: 

I'm really unsure about this vkook story I have in mind, but I'm not sure if this is the kind of stuff you'd want or hate. 

I can't give you any spoilers, but do you think I should publish it? All I can say is that it has a plot twist, maybe some of you would like it, others wouldn't, but should I still write and publish it? 

What do you guys think? (It's not something disgusting or something too y, it's just a big plot twist I guess.)

I don't even know what the story is about but you had me at the word plot twist. I love plot twists. I live for plot twists. Plot twists are great. Write this story! (if you want to, of course)
No but seriously, from your blogpost alone it sounds like it is a unique storyline and the fact that you worry about some people not liking it makes it seem like it's rather uncommon - and divergent ideas are definitely worth exploring (I hope you get what I mean). If you like it, of course, as MissMinew already said.
But hey, you actually managed to catch my interest without even giving anything about the plot away xD Just one question though, what would be the genre of the story?

Why wouldn't you write it?
If some might like it, do it. If YOU like it, do it.
Since you can't spoil anything, there is really no way of knowing whether or not it's a story that'll be enjoyed. So rather than asking readers, ask yourself. Do you like this story? Write it and publish it then.
