I'm on that stage as well. Mid-life crisis consumes my thoughts and it's suffocating. I know it can be hard sometimes and my words may seem 'easy to say, hard to do' but you have to be strong and keep on going. I suggest try to surround yourself with really good friends and family (those who you're truly comfortable and feel at home with). Do what truly makes you happy and try to fight the negative thoughts. Re member that you are loved. :))
This happens a lot to teenagers, feeling they don't have any importance in other's life. When emotions are at peak, your attention span increases naturally.
Try healthy habits like sleeping full 8 hours, drink lots of water and put up a smile to see things differently nowpnwards. depression will not go away like choo, you have to kick it out like an unwanted stuff. be happy and smile : )
I hope somehow you will find a way to destress and feel better . Spend some quality to invest in yourself . You can always go to social support group for help .
