Joonri has a tendency not to overreact in situations that can be heated or where there's a lot of confusion. She has always kept her cool in most situation and thus is able to handle the situations well. Due to this factor, the members have always depended on and looked up to her in many situations, trusting her to make the right choice. Joonri does not like the spotlight on her and thus would avoid anything that would cause attention, especially those negative one. Instead, she likes to watch people instead of participating.
Because of her observant nature, she is often able to tell if someone isn't at their best situation and could be really understanding.
Joonri is also a really competitive and ambitious person. She would often set a goal for herself, accomplish it and set another right away for every little thing that she does. She is a very plan-orientated person.
However, because of the way Joonri carries herself, and her cold aura, many have found her unapproachable at the first meeting. She doesn't smile often and most of the times she has her neutral face on, which seemed fierce to some. Joonri is born in a strong, music inclined family with a family history of being involved in classical music, with her mother being a pianist, her father being a violinist and her grandmother being a cellist. As for Joonri, she is a flautist. Being in such a family, she has been exposed to music since young and is very sensitive to it. She has been trained to have a good ear for tone and good rhythm sense. The Bae family would often have played a couple of pieces together and practice, as a family bonding practice.
She has a small group of friends but she does not mind it at all. However, she treats every single of her friends as a great importance to her.
She is exposed to the world of rapping by chance. In 2010, her friend shared a track from Garion with her and she has fallen in love with rapping ever since.

Somehow, toward Jungshin, Joon Ri can never keep her usual calm. Both of them has even a small argument on their first meeting.

Trainee Years : 05 years
Trainee Life: During her 21st birthday, she got cast by YG Entertainment's casting manager while she is on her way to meet her chance. Not wanting to miss the chance, she went to the private audition.
From there, she got training for her rap, as well as some song-writing skills. Her competive nature and the high standards she has always pushed on herself has helped her to rise to one of the few best trainees within 1 year. However, she left YG Entertainment after 3 years as she felt the agency isn't right for her.
