Sarang grew up as the only female in the households, except for the maids, therefore she was cherished but also pampered with unconditional love by her father and brothers. Her oldest brother was training to become the family heir to the business, whilst the children were still teenagers, so the twins saw less of both their father and brother. But that did not mean their bond became any less.
Being the only girl in the household, meant that there were a lot of things, Sarang could not easily speak out to her family about regardless of how close they were. This includes her first period, her first crush. She too wanted to live like every other girl, with a mother to guide her through life. Instead, she had to have the maids help her and look after her when she got her monthly for the first time. She often wonders would life have been different if she lost her mother, but was poor. She was thankful they never left her out or made her feel alone. Especially her twin, who was very protective, she was ever grateful for him, always.
Jisoo, was a huge part of Sarang's upbringing. He was always around as Hanuel's best friend since he first was introduced to Sarang as a child. They grew up really close and soon become the neighborhood's well-known trio. Who would be seen doing, almost everything together. Jisoo was the first person outside Sarang's family who accepted her for who she was, and did not label her as a 'princess' but saw her for who she was.
When Sarang proposed going to S.Korea to get a degree and find her one true love, her family were more than happy to let her go, but her twin demanded joining her, because he wanted to make sure she was happy and okay. He was not prepared to let her go alone, so that's how he joined her in Pledis.

First Meeting : This love story started when the two were just tiny beans. Jisoo was actually best friends with Hanuel when they were young children. They weren't in love from the beginning, Sarang started to like Jisoo only much later on. He actually left for South Korea to persue his education only a year before Sarang.
Relationship & Interactions : Sarang grew up with boys, even her friends were all guys, but something about being with Jisoo felt different. Contrary to belief, when the two were left alone it was not awkward, Sarang opened up alot about herself, things she could not tell her brothers she was able to tell Jisoo.
She found out she was slowly falling in love the very same year Jisoo was to leave for South Korea, even though he felt the same way about Sarang he rejected her and left without a word. Hanuel later found a crying Sarang, he comforted her and told her Jisoo's reasonings, that he was moving to study abroad and did not want to leave Sarang hanging over long distance.
Sarang did not waste a minute and decided to find Jisoo's mother. She found out that he was in South Korea from his mother, who had seen the two grow up together. She loved Sarang alot, and had even wished for her to become her future daughter in law.
Sarang found out about Pledis University and decided to look into the courses that she would like to carry out. Later, she took the matter to her dad and brothers, who agreed to let her go abroad, along with Hanuel.
Once, in South Korea however, Sarang was suddenly anxious especially what if Jisoo after all did not like her the same way. So instead of trying to chase after him like she initally thought, she was going to let fate take it's path.
And, did it take its toll on her. She finds out from Hanuel that Jisoo is actually their neighbour but she is too anxious so she avoids both the common room and kitchen as much as she can. Jisoo, finally decides to try and get to her through a way Hanuel suggests: Agony Aunt/Love. He messages Sarang through this portal and expresses her love story and Sarang replies without realising that it was Jisoo on the other line. He however knew from the start, he's speaking to her. Sarang suggests Jisoo uses love letters to try and persue the love of his life who is now hiding from him. She finds it weird how everything she suggests to her customer makes its way to him. He finally thanks her and says she's noticed him. She finds it bizzare cos the love letters also stop. So she suggests that they meet, this she does not let her viewers see, as she sents it as a private message. The level of surprise when Sarang meets Jisoo is unbelievable. As, he for one is not shocked she's the writer. Unable to move due to the shock, Sarang remains seated as Jisoo comes closer to her before hugging her tight and telling her its okay to love him and that he's sorry. He explains his point of view properly that he had fallen for her ages ago, but when he realised he had been accepted to study in South Korea he couldnt just reject his dreams as much as he wanted to. So, he had to leave her. Sarang cries into his arms listening to his story because she could not believe he actually liked her back.
The couple slowly begin to date although they keep the skinship and pda to a minimum esp when Hanuel is around, as he does not like the idea of his sister growing up. They are a very touchy couple when alone, they cuddle alot, give each other back hugs, were couple clothing etc.
