Pulling A Kendall (Social Media detox)

I've decided to quit social media for the time being so that means deleting all social media apps from my phone. I think I've become cynical and jealous and felt pressured to post something good on my instagram account so not to ruin my feed (which feels stupid) and I spend more time writing a tweet than working on a book which I want to focus on. So because it's becoming something I can't stop using and has become a very strong part of my daily routine, I've decided to quit it for the meantime and dedicate more time to reading books in all genres, continue writing workshops and work on my edits for my portfolio. My AFF page and my blog remains active as I do a lot of blogging and fanfic writing and I think it helps me improve.

I'll be missing a lot of EXO updates but I think I can endure. Also, my dad is excited for me to actually start talking to him without looking at my phone every five minutes. Lol. This is good, I guess. I'll be able to spend more time working on my book and more time to actually communicate with my parents and siblings.

Anyway, my accounts (Twitter, Instagram & Facebook) are not deleted. Only the apps on my phone so I don't get tempted to check them. I'll re-install them for sure, but it's hard to say when. I can be out of it for a month or less, it depends on how long I can go without it. My friends can reach me through text or show up at my house. My internet friends can reach me through KKT and iMsg. And my readers can do it hereee ^^
