I entered a contest hosted by Wattpad in conjunction with the SciFi Channel.

Rules were to submit a 1,500 word short story for an episode of their series The Magicians.

Wow, so hard to get into someone else’s characters and write them properly...this was hard for me. I’m used to manipulating my own characters not trying to follow an already existing framework—! But, I gave ‘er a go and now I’ll have to wait and see if my vision is anything close to what Lev Grossman’s got in mind, lol!
