Broadcasted on February 7, Super Junior's Shindong shared some news regarding Lee Seung Gi in the military on MBC's 'Video Star.'

The singer mentioned, "Lee Seung Gi transformed into a beast once he entered the military. He would run shirtless 5 to 10 kilometers (3 to 6 miles) every morning... He works out like crazy." Shindong even said that Lee Seung Gi created a hardcore exercise curriculum that he would demonstrate and would last for over 90 minutes in non-stop high energy activity.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi is scheduled to be discharged in October.
