i'm working as a call center agent lol. it is prohibited to use other windows or they actually call it the "third party". facebooking is not allowed. terminable. the funny thing was we do have here "igcognito window", it says there:

my lunch is every 3am in the morning. three 15 minute break. my schedule is 9pm to 6am but it will change by next week at 8am to 5am.
