Can anyone give me a solution

Hiii

i don't know what Happened but I have started to eat like hell these days 

I am 165cm tall and I weigh 46 kg but now I think I gained weight about 2kg and my mom is nagging like hell cuz it affects my career in dancing and modeling and she want me to diet but how can anyone give me a good way but I can't stop myself from eating cuz I still growing and I am still 17  and I love food help me plssss

I guess you need to be strict to yourself, and you can get your mom to help you too haha. Everytime you touch carbs, get her to be with you as long as possible so she can supervise you. Apart from motivation which is crucial, you just have to put your mind off it or keep eating, coz if you feel hungry you always end up wanting to eat, and when you do you will eat a lot whether you realize it or not. Just keep eating, never make yourself feel full, but do not eat junk food, I REPEAT DONT EAT BAD FOOD. Fill yourself with fibers like an apple, banana, yoghurt and fruits. If you want smth to make yourself feel full for a longer time, then eat good food like your average meal (whole wheat bread, pasta, rice, etc.) , just not sweets or fast food coz they get absorbed and digested quick in your system. You can even snack om a granola bar or smth, anything to keep you full but essential is key :D

Of course I do still want and I live for dancing but I get so hungry cuz I am using lots of energy btw thanks a lot

okay so you probably need to motivate yourself a bit - like, is there a guy you like? or do you still want to dance and model?
think about them and eat less,
my mom said if someone is stressed, they will barely eat
don't try not to eat tho, as it'll worsen your hunger later on
just manage and consider the calories you're eating
if it doesn't come from you, who else?
also, try to do morning jogs or fitness if you haven't!
they help.
