who's out audience?
Our readers will be political bloggers or people who wants to understand the issue better. Do we expect them to be familiar with the topic? Yes, we expect them to knowledgeable on our topic because it is a current news on what is happening now in our society and it is really on their field of expertise. However, regardless of their knowledge, we should give our readers more background about our topic for them to refresh everything that they have read or heard. We want them to refresh their knowledge without mixing their current opinions about the topic. But I think, if we are to write the actual paper, it would still be better to give a light but well explained background about the topic. They are indeed knowledgeable about the topic but we cant fully say they are experts about the issue.

WHat is their interest?
Political bloggers are the type of people who often discussed one topic and their use of words were informal. In connection to extrajudicial killing, just like a blog, extrajudicial killings were often unethical and were merely seen by the public. Extrajudicial killings were not by pass legal processes and due to this, many people were contradicting this action.

What is their general attitude?
People/(our audience)are mostly against of extrajudicial killing because of some reasons that are really unfair to the people that has been killed. One is the injustice process of killing the suspected person, another, it is against the rights of humanity by not being able to defend themselves into something that is accused to them but is still not proven. These reasons are enough to prove that extrajudicial killing is not a good solution in resolving the problem in crimes, drugs and other issues that the society encounter everyday and that is why most people are against it.

beliefs we need to consider?
Every human being with an intellectual mind is capable of generating their own set of beliefs, whether from experience or from their environment, that contributes to the way they perceive certain issues of society. Political bloggers on the other hand, contribute a great deal to the stand of their readers. These beliefs may also lead to biases and unjust blog posts that could either make or break a politician's name, or even change the stand of the readers regarding certain political issues. The beliefs of these bloggers, if not fully researched and understood, could cause a paper to show only opinions rather than concrete facts.

misconception and biases we want to address
1. Duterte's efforts in stopping drug business in the country made the anti govt parties to relate EJKs to him.
2. Duterte's critics will always assume that EJKs are drug related without really validating reasons. Of course, there are other things related to EJKs not only drugs like long overdue and unresolved court cases, etc.
3. Since Duterte is really firm on his war against drugs, anti govt parties will always assume that these EJKs are orchestrated by high ranking PNP officials because Gen Bato is a very close ally of Duterte who supported his campaign against drugs in Davao.

4. Also, one of the misconceptions about extrajudicial killings is the lack of evidence to those people who have been killed. Some of the victims of these killings are innocent. Men in rank doesn't have evidences to prove that their victims are really into drugs or not.

WHat are the expectations of our readers?
The readers, specially the political bloggers, expect to get an information that will stop their confusion about “Extra judicial killing” issue (and somehow will make a stand after reading the paper/article.) By criticizing this topic, readers expect an unbiased, honest, direct, and reasonable judgment.
