Set in an imaginary world where magic and mystical beasts exist, the Earth Land, there are several types of mage guilds. Mages, also known as Wizards, are individuals who can wield different kinds of magic. You are a wielder of:

As mages cannot be considered a full-fledged mage until they choosing to join a guild of their own, you ended up in:

After registering yourself in one of the guilds, you started to take jobs that are posted on the guild's board. Jobs vary in difficulty and are divided into ranks. The current known ranks are normal, S-Class (S-Class Mage - A rank higher than the A Class. More information here. ), SS-Class, 10-Year and 100-Year jobs. It is divided as such in order to have the mage distinguish them by the level of difficulty involved. This also helps a Mage select a job that is convenient of their capability. It is that time of the year when the 6 main guilds collaborated with each other and hold the annual S-Class Mage Promotion Trial, a trial that allows for one of the 6 selected candidates the opportunity to become the next S-Class mage. Only the qualified one will be chosen to represent their own guild. You are the chosen one to represent your own guild. Each candidates are allowed to pair up with two or three partners, which are a non S-Class Mage to aid him/her in battle. Your partners are: [Take 3 screenshot respectively]

The first trial is Power and Luck. There are six different paths where the teams have to choose from. Each team is only allowed to choose one. Once a team enters a path, it becomes sealed so that no one else can enter. Three of the paths have each guild's S-Class Mage. These are considered as the Hard battle paths. Another two paths are paired so they are connected to each other which make the teams that choose this path and the other one to meet with each other. They will fight against each other to continue. These paths are known as the battle paths. One path out of the six has no obstacle at all and is considered as the quiet path. The trial begins when the boat that transports your teams and the other teams to Tenrou Island stops in the middle of the ocean not too far from the shore of the island. You have to fight for the first choice of which path you want. Lamia Scale's team started by freezing the ocean to make a way to the island and some of the sabertooth's team are using their aera magic to fly to the island.

Hard Battle Path

As you walked along the pathway, you turned around the corner and met:

Quiet Path

You entered the cave with a worried feeling not knowing what might be waiting at the end of this pathway. You and your teams kept on walking and walking feeling weird as there were no obstruction that keeps you and your members from moving on until you saw a light. You and your teams run to the light and realized that was the end of the cave. You and your team cheers happily as you passed the 1^st Trial with ease.

You and the other teams that passed the 1st trial are allowed to move onto the next one. The 2nd trial is to find the grave of the founder of Fairy Tail, Mavis Vermilion. The candidate are given a total of 6 hours to locate the grave & complete the task given which is fending off the giant beasts that dwells in the forest. There is also the possibility of meeting up with the other teams. This trial is considered as a great challenge as there are no hints given that mention about the where about of the grave. The purpose of this trial is to test the intellect of the participants.

After walking around the forest, fending off the beast and meeting with the other teams, you have finally found the grave.

3rd Trial: Find the Tenrou Jade. The Tenrou Jade was an S-Class treasure and Tenrou Island's holy relic. It can be found in a temple somewhere in the island. Once it get into somebody's hand, the illusion magic that was cast on the jade will be activated and a giant beast would appear.

The giant beast is merely an illusion that was cast to scare away the teams. When you are trapped in this illusion, everything that happen will feel so real. The only way to break this illusion magic is when you realised that everything is just an illusion or when you managed to take the tenrou jade out of its chest. You can do the latter one by having one of your teams to attract its attention towards her/him and the other members using their magics to focus on attacking on a single point on the dragon especially at the chest.
