Seolhee's facial features are generally feminine and delicate, adding further to her young and feeble look. Her natural brown hair is long and thick, very well taken care of. Seolhee's s are a simple B-cup, and she has pretty small hips, so overall she seems pretty shapeless. Her legs and arms are thin, making her seem breakable. Still, this girl can put up a pretty good fight. She has a scar on her left knuckle from when she was in hersenior year and got into a fight with her classmate. Seolhee kind of punched her straight in the mouth and cut her hand open pretty bad on the girl's teeth. Worth it.

PERSONALITY TRAITS : (+) Contemplative, understanding, responsible, hard-working, clever, appreciative (=) Impressionable, obedient, moralistic, curious (-) Anxious, unconvincing, indulgent, jealous, distracted, gullible

PERSONALITY : Many people see Seolhee as a sterotypical weak, quiet girl but that's not entirely true. She stays quiet a lot of the time for two reasons- One, she's easily scared by a lot of things. She grew up in a small town and wants to stay in small towns her whole life, it's the only thing comfortable for her. Two, though, she's thinking. Contemplating everything, seeing how she feels and what's going on. She goes over everything in her mind. It's pretty natural for her, and because of that, she's very understanding. Seolhee has gone through many different experiences in her life and she uses these to understand others. However, as she thinks back on these experiences, she gets very distracted. She has a hard time keeping her mind on one topic, and often doesn't see the obvious anger right in front of her. Because of this, a lot of people feel responsible for her.

Seolhee is truly appreciative of everything her mother has done for her in her lifetime. She never fails to thank people for what she's recieved or what they've helped her with. However, having so many people willing to assist her has made her indulgent to a negative degree. Despite her fairly tight money, she'd glady go broke for a game or meal she really wanted. Every time she convinces herself treating herself isn't bad, which it isn't, but when you're treating yourself eight times a day, every day, it's excessive. She's jealous of people who have enough money to not worry about it. She can't help how sick she feels when an obviously financially-secure person walks into the supermarket. However, due to her morals, she can never stay jealous or angry at them- Only her own situation. Seolhee's morals are very strong and she sticks to them without question. She's obedient to whoever she needs to be, whether it's her mother, her boss, or her friends.

She's curious nearly to a fault, which is particularlly bad when paired with her gullibility. She's easily tricked and when you're always ready to investigate something, that can spell some bad situations. Luckily, since so many people feel responsible for her, she rarely can actually get into one. When Seolhee messes up, she fesses up and takes responsibility for every action. She works hard and recognizes it when she makes a mistake. She's not one to push blame on others, and will in turn work hard to fix whatever problem she caused. She's very impressionable, though, so if you yell at her, it's likely she'll take your words to heart. Seolhee is clever, though, and can take any situation and use it to her advantage. She's clever with both her actions and her words when the time calls for it. If you're in a bad spot, Seolhee may just be the girl you want to be on your side.

BACKGROUND : Oh Seolhee was born on a cold, snowy morning to a single mother, aged thirty-two in Boseong. Her husband had previously passed away in a fire and it was just her and her daughter. Hyojoo was a lovely mother, all things considered. She owned her own restaurant and worked hard, giving Seolhee a good role model. She never remarried, and that was okay with Seolhee. She loved her mother and even as a child understood to not give her mother a hard time. Hyojoo grieved her husband for a long time, years, and sometimes was too exhausted with everything to even bathe Seolhee, so the girl learned how to do things herself. She never blamed her mother. At age four, she was sent to daycare so her mother could stop worrying about her playing in the kitchen, as she was prone to do. Seolhee was very likeable but also easy to tease, so she made many friends but was also bullied. The bullying never got to her, though.

When Seolhee got to school, she fell in love. She absolutely adored school, however, she wasn't that good at it. No matter how hard she tried, Seolhee was always below average. It's not that she was dumb or stupid, she just couldn't grasp a lot of concepts. This didn't worry her, even if it did worry her mother, and she continued to enjoy school to the fullest. It's not like she was horribly below average, she was just barely. In middle school, she began to help with her mother's bakery, sometimes helping cook, other times cleaning and serving. Seolhee really didn't love "working," but she didn't hate it either and she felt like she was making it up to her mother who had raised her all those years. In her freshmen year of highschool, her mother made a very important decision- She sold the restaurant to her longtime worker, and decided to move to another small town. Hyojoo felt it was time to move on in life, and the restaurant business just wasn't for her anymore.

Honestly? Her poor daughter was devastated. She had so many memories of growing up in that place, of meeting with friends and playing with regulars and just living there. However, she understood her mother's intentions and accepted that they were going to leave. Just as winter break started, Hyojoo and Seolhee moved to Jyeosaeng. It was an emotional time, and her mother had a hard time finding a new job. Instead, she opened up a new business- The Oh Boutique, a clothing store for anyone and everyone, despite being "fancy" in name an interior. The Oh Boutique quickly became a hit, and Seolhee met her best friend, Shim Yejin, through it. In junior year of high school, Seolhee finally became an average student and graduated on time. After graduation, she told her mother she was moving into her own apartment, so she could start her own life. Seolhee got a job at the local supermarket and moved nearby to her mother. However, more often than not, she still finds herself at her mother's place to meals and to stay the night. She can't help it, she knows her mother feels better when she's around since Seolhee seems so fragile...Anything to put her mother at ease.

Hyojoo has given everything for her daughter, and she still will give everything. Seolhee is a very good daughter, and she and her mother are very close. As Seolhee is her only daughter and what she has left of her husband, she's very protective (Though she does try to back off) and worries for her. As she has a very fragile, very delicate look to her and it makes Hyojoo worry. People often think they can take advantage of Seolhee and they probably could. Yejin knows Seolhee is perfectly capable and treats her as so- But always assures her that she's here or a hug if Seolhee needs it. They are often seen getting lunch or taking photos together. Yejin treasures Seolhee's friendship and would never do anything to risk it. She does, however, think that Jungsoo is a perfect match for her and tries to repeatedly set them up. (FC: Jina, formerly of Bob Girls)

▸ The kind-of friend — Choi Jungsoo (22) / College student (Music theory major) / Charming, observant, outspoken, greedy / 8-10
Truthfully these two are totally in love, hence the kind-of friend. Jungsoo and Seolhee met on her first day in Jyeosaeng, helping her and her mother when they were lost trying to find their new house. Jungsoo, having lived there his whole life, spotted their troubles and offered to lead them. The women gratefully accepted, and he cheerily led them there. Once they arrived at their destination, Jungsoo said goobye and left. The two spoke the rest of the day about how nice and handsome he'd been, and to their surprise he showed up the next day, offering to help them unpack. Since then Seolhee slowly fell in love with him. He helped her study for tests, and that's why her grades raised. He was always kind. ▸ The regular — Son Hyemi (16) / Student / Humorous, easy-going, blunt, strong-headed / 7-10
Hyemi is one of the daily customers at the market, and the one Seolhee likes the most. Though a bit younger, Hyemi clicked really well with Seolhee once she started working there. Honestly, Hyemi mostly goes to the market after school to buy snacks, but it's totally worth the extra time. Seolhee likes to treat the girl to meals on the weekends. To Hyemi, Seolhee is a lovely friend and unnie, and she totally loves her. Hyemi also can tell how much Jungsoo and Seolheelove each other, so she does plottling of her own to get them together. Her's don't always work out so well, but at least she tries! Seolhee is pretty amused by it. (FC: Kim Saeron)

Do you think the ghosts are creatures to fear? :

▸ "...Doesn't that depend on the ghost?"

What does jyeosaeng mean to you?  :

▸ "...Probably just home, that's all it is."

if you died today, would you be able to move on from this life? :

SPIRIT : The Alleyway/Don't Walk Alone
NAME OF SPIRIT : Lee Taemin

FACECLAIM : Lee, Taemin (SHINee)

BACKUP FACECLAIM : Lee Jinki (Onew, SHINee)

DEATHDATE : 2000

PERSONALITY : (+) Patient, kind, adaptable (-) Easily annoyed, stubborn, stressed

▸ Lee Taemin is a very patient person. As he's had to wait for everything for years, he's learned how to hold his temper fairly well. He is also very kind, hating to hurt other's feelings. If he so much as raises his voice at someone he feels like he killed a puppy or kitty. Taemin is always giving money to the homeless, or buying toys, books, clothes, etc. for the orphanage next to his apartment. Even if he's made plans, though, if the other end drops them he adapts to the moment in an instant. He can change his whole attitude depending on where he's going and what attitude he knows he'll need to have. He can easily make himself fit into a group of people. Despite his good qualities, Taemin can get very annoyed, easily. If someone's talking for way too long, or repeating themselves, he'll flip his , seriously. He hates it when people are repetitive or monotone, and if someone speaks one bad thing about someone he cares about, there will  be hell to pay. Taemin also tends to get stubborn- Very stubborn. If he wants something, he wants it. Just give it to him. Don't argue. Not to mention his awful problem with being stressed. He can rarely calm down, it's hard for him to relax. Every little thing bugs him to no end, and the pressure of being "perfect" for his company. He has a hard time dealing with it all due to his own faults as a person.

BACKGROUND :

▸ Lee Taemin wasn't born into the best situation. His father was an abusive alcoholic, his older brother Jinki's health wasn't the strongest, and his mother was too scared to do much of anything. Taemin doesn't remember much about the time before Jyeosaeng, he can only recall that he lived in Seoul. When he was three years old his mother took him and Jinki, packed one suit case for the three of them, and ran. Money was tight as she had only taken to much but she made it to her planned destination- Jyeosaeng, a small town in the middle of nowhere that her husband could never find her or their children, and the clean air was ideal for Jinki's health. She enrolled the boys in school and got a job as a gardener. It wasn't the best pay but it certainly did the job. Taemin grew up closely with his brother, and up until Taemin was about ten you would hardly see one without the other. He did very well in school and was well-known for his piano playing. Taemin was fairly reserved, though. He was shy and was often teased for his feminine facial features. Jinki always took his side and protected him from getting physically hurt, every time. Both of them made close friends, and they became a solid group of five- The Kim cousins, Jonghyun and Kibum, and Choi Minho, known for his competitive nature. They all lived very close to each other and as children played together a lot.

When Jinki turned thirteen, things changed a little. He drifted away from Taemin, instead hanging out with his own, separate friends all the time. Jonghyun became immersed in writing song lyrics, hoping to one day make it big. Kibum was allowed out of the house less and less as he got in more and more trouble at school for mouthing off, playing pranks, or just plain not showing up. Minho still hung out with Taemin for a while but eventually focused on getting good grades when he began on fail school. Taemin couldn't blame them. In fact, he felt that he understood- Not everyone could stay friends forever. Despite being a little lonely Taemin allowed these changes to be made and found himself another hobby, dancing. He was good at what he did and hag was enough for him. Taemin wasn't like Jonghyun, wanting to leave this town for something bigger. he was content where he was. Taemin was happy, to a degree. Of course there was regret for hardly seeing his friends or brother but he survived off of the memories he had of them.

Strangely enough, no one seemed to be in the alleyway that day. Taemin was on his way home after staying late at school to help his teachers clean up after the school play. He wasn't close to home and it was late. Taemin just wanted to go home. that's all he thought as he walked briskly down the alley. The hand on his arm stopped the breath in his throat, and he was pulled face to face with a man, early forties and obviously extremely drunk. You'd think, Taemin being lithe and fast, would be able to escape, but he was scared, panicked. The man as large and terrifying. Taemin pleaded to be let go, please let him go home, but instead received a knee to his stomach. Taemin wouldn't escape the altercation. His autopsy report spoke of a broken left leg, a crushed and unusable left hand, seventy-four cuts and abrasions, three broken ribs, a depressed skull fracture, a knocked out tooth, and his cause of death- His crushed larynx. The assault lasted for roughly half an hour before Taemin was left alone to die. His last thoughts were of his older brother before he passed away. Lee Taemin's body wasn't found until the following morning.

INTERACTIONS :  Taemin and Seolhee are very...Normal. Though at first she was kind of scared of him, she realized that he had done nothing to harm her- In fact, he had only kept her safe, and that made her heart warm. A few days after the trip through the alleyway, she visited the alleyway. What was a one-time visit turned into daily trips, no matter the weather. It unnerved Taemin, as he was worried something would happen to her, but she didn't mind. They would hold quiet convresations about nothing. They're simply like...Friends. Not close, not really, but enough that they enjoy each other's presence. Though it took a while for them to share personal details, they felt they could trust each other. Every weekend Seolhee brings flowers to the spot where Taemin died. He doesn't know whether to hate it or to appreciate it, because being reminded that you're dead isn't the best thing but even though she's tight on money, she cares enough to buy him things. Honestly, Seolhee was the kind of person he would have fallen for, back when he was alive. However, he wasn't alive anymore and Seolhee was simply a friend. After a while, they create a very strong bond. Unbreakable. Seolhee even thinks she wouldn't mind dying and becoming a ghost so long as Taemin would keep her company. They end up having colorful, funny conversations that they never thought possible, even arguing over dumb things, like what came first, the chicken or the egg? They even end up with inside jokes. It's adorable, frankly.

Layni17 : Tsuki

LAST WORDS : Okay so I know that nowadays Taemin is a little but back in the day he was quiet and didn't tend to speak much about himself, even now he still doesn't. I felt he was a good match.

Also wow three apps in two days I'm really getting back into the swing of things--

UPDATE: Had to pick new icons thanks to AFF ruining my life. The Taemin ones don't even look good they're not what I want at all--

SCENE REQUESTS :

▸ Seolhee gets a tattoo! Shh, it's a secret~ <3
▸ She brings cartons of banana milk to the alleyway- After all, she did research on who Taemin could have been after she first met him.
