So I've just encountered one of the best moments in my life

Basically my terrorist friend and her BF left the H&G band room to "study" (I DON'T KNOW WHY THE ARE THEY STUDYING OUR FINALS ONLY ENDED LIKE FEW HOURS AGO) so it's just me and a not-so-close friend left in the room

Basically he's one of the guitarists who was helping out with the accompaniment lmao

The first time we actually talked to each other was like few months ago during our house formation practice for our school's sports day but yeah I didn't really enjoy myself THAT much in the team (because 1) I'm not a sports person and 2) I didn't really have many friends in the group and people normally leave me out of their conversations so mehhhhhhhhh but it was still a really fun experience) so I didn't talk to him much either

But that ain't the point

Point is for some reason he started playing his arrangement for Faded and I joined in. (yay one of my favourite non-Korean songs)

I don't even know how that was just so pleasing to me but I guess it's because I've always been a loner who either makes solo covers or join collabs or just randomly get dragged into an ensemble and you know do what I'm ordered

And probably due to my "wanna be better that others" personality because well contemporary covers totally not better than classical mm-hmm I don't really like being in choirs and orchestras (Sinfonietta is another story because I met A LOT OF NEW FRIENDS here and nobody here treats me like ) because everybody gets an equal chance to shine and you'll only gain attention from the audience if you're already well known off stage

And it was literally my first time jamming. Like seriously all he did was play a few notes and I joined in and we just continued playing until the song ended and we were like "yay we did it"

SERIOUSLY.

IT FELT BETTER THAN TALKING TO MY CRUSH (well because my crushes are always my really close friends and it's not like my heart will go DAEGUN DAEGUN because it's not like I seldom get to talk to them anyway) LIKE HE JUST PLAYED HIS GUITAR AND I JUST STARTED PLAYING THE KEYBOARD AND THE FEELS ARE LIKE JUST HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG

THE SPIRIT GAIS PEOPLE LIKE ME DON'T USUALLY GET TO EXPERIENCE THIS BECAUSE I'M ALWAYS WORKING ALONE AND PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT I PLAY THE PIANO AND PEOPLE DON'T LIKE ME BECAUSE I I DON'T FIT IN THEIR NON-KOREAN CULTURE

And he composes and literally asked for my opinion gais. Like HE COMPOSES TOO

I literally found myself a potential bosom friend (?) this is something important to me gais my crushes I've found myself a friend to jam with I FINALLY FOUND A FRIEND TO JAM WITH

Also this post may also be heavily influenced by my strong emotions after listening to and understanding the lyrics of Suga's "First Love". Like that boi was also a loner who worked hard to get attention and then found himself friends to help him out and stuff and like HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG

Or this post was probably influenced by the current situation I'm facing where exams just finished this morning and I'm just prepared for anything to do with music

Or probably because it's my fartboi Jim's birthday today

Happy birthday fartboi-nim you looked gorgeous on your comeback stage today

p/s: I just ING REALIZED I forgot to record our song. dammit

UPDATE: So the both of us and the rest of the group jammed on the day after this blog post was made.

The song was PPAP.
