lin yun was born in 10 october 1994 at shanghai, china. she is the only daughter of lin yonghao and wong yanyi. she was born with a silver spoon in . her parents are rich as they are coo and cfo for a famous hotel worldwide. when she was small, she get a lot of love from her parents and friends of her parents, because she's cute and is a good girl. her parents taught her well as they didn't spoil her like other rich parents do to their children. they raised her up with care and love, not with money. therefore, lin yun is not arrogant and boastful like other rich spoiled kids. in fact, her behaviours and personalities are like normal children.

in school, she is a genius, like rap monster. lin yun has an iq of 150 and her best subjects are the sciences, physics, chemistry and biology. although her mathematics is not as good as the other, it is still a high marks. she is not that active in co-curriculum activities because she's not interested in that. at the age of 13, she has the worst year of her life. one day in school, lin yun had the worst abdominal pain ever. her parents took her to the hospital and found out that she has pelvic inflammatory disease. the disease really hit her hard, she felt pain occasionally. but luckily she was cured but she still feel pain occasionally along the year. she fully recovered the next year after she received enough rest.

lin yun has interest in kpop when she attended big bang concert as she has free ticket. she was in awe of their strong and fire performance on stage. since then, she often search online about kpop and big bang. she has a talent in singing as she joined the choir club in school, the only club she joined in years. in 2011, she noticed an audition in sm entertainment, she auditioned through a video and sent it to the company. a few weeks later, she is invited to go to korea and have a full interview. she told her parents about it and they accompanied her to korea for auditioned. after a few rounds, she got accepted into sm entertainment in 2011.

parents - lin yonghao & wong yanyi / coo and cfo of millard hotel in shanghai / lin yun never really tell anyone about her family. this is because if she tells them, they will be nice to her because of her rich family background. she don't want to be like that. her parents respect her decision and they never bring her to any media conference dinner. they will bring her if it is a private dinner or party. lin yun respects and loves her parents a lot. she admires them as they are successful. she also thank them for not raising her as a spoiled child. every month, yonghao yanyi will fly to seoul and have family time with lin yun, since she's only 17 when she went to seoul.

best friend and he has a crush on her - park chanyeol - 24 - singer in exo - chanyeol and lin yun met when they were trainees in sm entertainment, chanyeol who is very friendly to newcomers helped her a lot. that is wht they become best friends now. they always tease each other when they meet, therefore they became the fighting couple in sm. when lin yun is being discriminated by trainees. chanyeol is kind enough to be by her side, well he's the only one. he also support her decision of leaving, although he doesn't want to, because he wants her to be by his side and protect her. after his fame and her being a producer, they still contact each other through phones. if they hang out in cafes, they will talk like there's no tomorrow and chanyeol still act all protective to her like before.

best friend and mentor - lee "gray" seonghwa - 30 - singer, rapper, producer - gray is the first one who noticed lin yun's talent in producing. well he is considrered to be her father and older brother. during her times in aomg, gray is her mentor and teacher. he teaches her how to produce, how to survive in the hip hop industry and k-pop industry. overall, gray is like lin yun's older brother. best friend and mentor -

park "jay" jaebum - 29 - ceo, singer, rapper - since jay park is the ceo of aomg, lin yun behaves in front of him. when he visits her studio, she works seriously, unlike when she's with gray or the other producers. that is why everyone says that only jay park could calm lin yun down.

best friend and teammate - kwon "loco" hyukwoo - 27 - rapper - lin yun and loco are the "troublemaker" in aomg. whenever they are, they are noisy. loco loves to bully lin yun while she loves to . everyone called them the children of jay park, simon d and gray. even they cannot stop their craziness. lin yun is also loco's main producer other than gray and cha cha malone. however, lin yun never really tell him everything because she thinks it will be awkward for her when she faced him next time if she told him her secrets or her sad things.

- zion t, a chart gangster, and producer-singer lin yun are dating - august 2015 - in an episode in infinity challenge where haha, zion t and lin yun (zion t invited her to feature in their song, $ponsor, singing high notes) are recording in the studio. after they finished, haha decided to treat them samgyeobsal. when they were cooking the meat, zion t took great care of lin yun. he cooked the meat for her, cut the meat for her, asked her if she wants to eat anything and he'll cook for her etc. haha was shocked at his warm side towards her and said that they are dating and he is the third wheel. lin yun quickly denied. while he said that lin yun is a baby and therefore needs care from an oppa which is he himself.
- producer-singer lin yun dissed by cosmic girls' exy for being a lame producer - october 2015 - cosmic girls' exy dissed lin yun in unpretty rapstar saying that she is a lame producer and her songs are all produced by gray. besides, she told her to just be a pretty idol (visual idol). most of the fans do not support exy's diss because gray made a statement in instagram (he posted a picture with lin yun) saying that all lin yun's songs are original and purely her ideas, he is just there to guide her.

Personality traits ;; when you first met zion t, you dared not talk to him because of his creepy face. he won't talk to you too unless needed. he is quiet and will not talk much to strangers. when you're his friend, he will let it all out, laugh as much as he wants, sometimes he even tell some jokes. zion t is a perfectionist, he can repeat the same thing for a thousand times to get the perfect thing. this causes him to be stubburn too.

Love story ;; they first met in aomg's launch party, since zion t is jay park, gray and cha cha malone's best friend. both of them politely greet each other. since the two of them doesn't talk that much, they stood together for a few minutes before he went to find his friends and lin yun went to find something to eat. the party lasted until the next morning because it is a launch party. at 3am, lin yun is exhausted from the eating and socializing until the point that she just sleep while sitting on the couch at the side of the party, she can't go home as cha cha promised to take her back. zion t who is resting on the couch beside her, watching her sleep soundly. he can't help but smile at her innocence look and wondering why this person could end up in a hip hop world. he volunteered himself to jay that he would take her home safe and sound. jay who believed zion t gave him her address. when they arrived at her apartment, he took care of her well, for instance, carries her to the bed, helped her to take out the shoes, covers her with blanket, put a cup of water, milk and some bread near the bed so that she could eat it when she woke up. looking at her sleeping like a kid, zion t smiles before leaving. since then, whenever zion t goes to aomg, he will unconsiously peek at her studio, checking whether she is okay. whenever they met in gathering, studio or even a cafe, lin yun will greet him and surprisingly zion t will start a conversation with her, hoping to know more about her. as time goes by, their relationship is getting closer, with both of them chatting through phones and hanging out in cafes with the other aomg members and friends (crush, dok2, the quiett and many more).

 

being the aomg's cutie, her actions itself are cute. whenever the aomg's family friends are coming, she will greet them playfully and chat with them with laughter. therefore, she is everyone's younger sister. when zion t is there, she will stick to him more as he is a singer, unlike the others who are rappers. she loves his singing style and want to learn more styles from him so that she could produce a great song for herself (which she could sing, because mostly she produced more hip hop songs for the artist in aomg and others). zion t who is "in love" with her cute personality, agreed to teach her. this is where they're getting close. lin yun doesn't really know that she has a crush on him, she just know that she feels comfortable when she is with him. they are close to the point that she could tell him whether she is happy, sad, stressed or dissapointed. she knows that he is a great listener who is willing to listen to her. whenever he has problems, she will be there for him too. however, she doesn't really be there when he has problems. that is because he's dating someone (non-artist) in 2014-2015 so she dares not get too close to him. she doesn't know why but she kinda feel sad when she sees him interact with his girlfriend. after they broke up, they are as close as last time, maybe more.

as for zion t, there is only one word to describe his feelings for lin yun, complicated. a moment he thinks of her as his younger sister, a moment she is his best friend, another moment he is in love with her. to be honest, he loves this relationship he has with lin yun. he can be himself when he is with her. she is one of the reasons he broke up with his girlfriend, he kept on thinking about lin yun when he is with his girlfriend. in order to not make her girlfriend sad, he decided to break up. he never tells anyone about it. sometimes his true and crazy personality shows up when he's with lin yun. for instance, when all of them (like ALL of them) are hanging out in a restaurant drinking beer and eating fried chicken. when zion t is drunk and lin yun is talking (more like nagging) about her experience in something, he will hold both her cheeks suddenly and kiss her passionately. that causes a chaos from the gang and especially lin yun. everyone knows that he did that because he was drunk, but zion t himself knows that he just expressed his feelings.

zion t and lin yun's relationship are described as "if you don't know them, you will think that they are a new married couple". zion t is a "selfish" person who gets jealous easily when lin yun interacts closely with other guys. when he saw that in tv, he will message her, asking who is that guy and what is his relationship with her. lin yun thought that he acts like an older brother that is why she replies everything to him. he is also the type that clings onto her. when they are brainstorming in order to produce new songs, he will rest his head on her shoulder, like a baby. although he is stubburn, he listens to lin yun's advise on everything as they are on point. he smiles often too because he knows that she loves his smile. to lin yun, a hug from zion t could heal her sadness and stress. sometimes when she is too hyper or playful, she loves to hold his hand or even hugs him from behind (basically do skinships). what she doesn't know is zion t's heart is beating very fast when she does those.
