Settling in after what had happened last year had been incredibly hard - in fact I still haven't fully settled in. Livingston is far different from Scuntorphe and yet I keep wanting to go back to the old address. X Lane South - I keep muttering as I walk.

I am not ideal as an au-pair. I forget chores (though I do have way more than normal of them) I am too soft on the kids. Honestly yesterday they managed to piss me off really badly and still got what they wanted. It is getting easier however. I drink my usualy amount of coffee (which you guys may know that is quite abnormal!) And try to lay off booze and fatty foods. Same goes for sweets. A yogurt is okay but no chocolates and so on. If I get hungry I eat a bit of toast. Still better huh.

I have a lot of free time but I often find myself unwilling to go out. Usually I busy myself with chores or trying to get my laptop to work. It's definitely not easy. But I feel much better here...just even more tired. School runs are super early and I have to be up begore them to get the kids up..which definitely isn't easy. Who wants to get up at 7:15! 

The family is hectic. In both good and bad ways. Messes get made and it's often me who picks it up. Doesn't bother me much but sometimes I do get a bit grumpy. Being an aupair is like being a housewife without a husband... 

Today we had to clean the house..had to clean the kids' rooms again despite doing it yesterday. They get reallyy messy even in a day. Still i feel much happier here..just gets messy and tiring Xd I am workingish today as well which is a big minus. I wanted to go out so xd tomorrow I am hitting Edinburgh however so yay for that. Hoping to get there in time too. Once my laptop gets cured I am launching an official blog and gonna post more than once a day. I want people to see what being an aupair is really like. I was really close to being shattered mentally last month but I am getting myself baxk together.

But it is never perfect for sure :D.
