App To Assist in Meditation (And Mental Illnesses)
I found an app that helps you take 10 minutes each day for complete rest. It’ll help you relax and take your mind off things and it will assist you through meditating and once you finish the levels of general meditating, you can acess to the health and relationship packages. The health package includes mental health, so I can’t wait to finish the first package as soon as possible.
I hope this will be a useful app for me. Exams are coming up and I can already imagine the stress and anxiety I’ll be dealing with.
It’s called Headspace, by the way, if anyone’s interested.
