11th September 2001, a dreaded date in History for most of the world, yet in Asia, in Taiwan, it was the beginning of an Asian legend, S.H.E.

Selina Jen, the little princess who took the stage for her younger sister by taking part in the singing competition which will change her world.

Hebe Tien, the cool cat who was invited to take part in the singing competition because the producers thought highly of her.

Ella Chen, the boyish countrygirl who was threatened by her sister to join the competition while she was on a trip to Taipei.

Nobody knew then, that these three girls from Northern, Central and Southern Taiwan would take Asia by storm someday.

Selina 任家萱 [ 看我的 Watch Me Now ] 

Once upon a time, we might have thought of Selina as the princess who lives under the protection of everyone, and very much adored by Hebe and Ella. Because there is nothing that Selina wishes for which Hebe and Ella won't do. They adored her enough to call her their beloved wifey.

But when the accident happened, just when we would thought that the 55% burnt would be the end for any female artiste, Selina stood up against the world with the support of Hebe, Ella and her family. A year later, she took the stage on the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards to tell everyone that S.H.E is back.

Finding her love in hosting, Selina now takes up a double role as a singer and hostress.

Hebe Tien, the once quiet and low profile member of S.H.E, took her love for singing to the maximum by rebooting her singing career with her chinese name,

Tian Fu Zhen, and went on to become one of the greatest female singer in Asia now. As a member of S.H.E, Hebe has many opportunities to sing, host and act, and all these experiences soon became a platform for her and found confidence in herself to stand alone.

ELLA [ 信愛成癮 Love Addiction ] 

Ella Chen is perhaps the hardest member to define in the group. As a group, she has the personality which draws people like moth to a flame. 

As a countryside girl, Ella has the personality of a little sunshine who dreams of warming and bringing laughter to everyone.

Credited as perphaps the only artiste who behaves the stage on and off stage, Ella treats everyone the same and won admiration from fans, crew and fellow artistes.

While all 3 members of S.H.E are given opportunities to try their hands at hosting, singing, acting and songwriting, Ella Chen has proven to be the most multi-talented one as she took on the lead role for 5 dramas, 3 movies and multiples Music Videos and penned several songs for S.H.E, herself and other singers.

Now, the once boyish girl is a happily married feminine woman.
