Red Velvet's Seulgi has been chosen as the spokesperson for the upcoming 18th annual 'Bucheon International Animation Festival 2016'!

As to why Seulgi was chosen to represent the animation festival this year, a rep stated, "Seulgi has a close connection with the city of Bucheon, and she's also very fond of animation."

Her first activity as the festival's spokesperson this year will be at the press conference scheduled for September 21. The festival itself will take place from October 21-25.
