Well, this doesn't apply to me, but something I've seen peeps say before is that it's a good idea to update during the weekends, though mostly when it school season. Because during the weekdays, that's when peeps are going to be the most busy with stuff like school and work, so on the weekends when they're free, that's like the best time for them to log in and see the updates. Like I said, I don't; I don't really tend to follow update schedules that much, but it makes sense.
