My stories The Lake House is an adaption story from the movie with the same title that starred Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock. It is one of my favourite romantic movie that will never fail to make me believe in everything romantic. I really love this story that makes me want to write my version of KPOP adaptation. So I go ahead preparing for the story-line and posters etc. As for the main leads, well initially IU and G-Dragon was not my first choice. I repeat they are not my first choice. My first choice happens to be CL from 2NE1 pairing with Zico. Well, at that time I was totally crazy about Zico and for me who better paired with him if it is not the Queen of rapper ~ CL. Even the younger brother and the heroine close friend has never been Hanbin and Goo Hara respectively. 

My original line-up has been: Zico, CL, Rapmonster and LE from EXID. And the line-up that makes the last cut has been: GDragon, IU, Bi & Goo Hara. The only unchange character has been Kim Woo Bin. When I has initially finished my original line-up and has begin to write the first few chapters, it has been ard Sep 2014. But I never published it before, not when I released my other fan fic story 'The Forgotten'.

This comes with reason that I am not sure if I has found the right match for the 2 main leads. 

As this is my all-time favourite romance movie that I will never get bored of watching it for zillions of times, I want to have the most perfect couple for the story. I want to do some justice on this story.

I guess after I wrote my fan fic story 'The Forgotten', I come to realise that the fan based of my heroine lead on that story gives me a positive feedback on my writing and their willingness to read my story despite all the grammatical errors that could still be found in my story. I am referring to the fandom for IU that comes under the tagname '#IUsinger'. And above all, I am a fan of IU on both her music and acting. So it is natural for me to use her in my stories - current and future. As for the hero, I know that for IU, I will always choose for her to be her knight in shining armor is Taeyang. He is my hero in my story 'The Forgotten'. But I want someone different. Someone fresher. Someone interesting. Someone New! 

At that time, I too was writing a fan fic story featuring an unlikely hero - the person that I could never imagine choosing him over my 'husband' TOP of bigbang. He is none other than G-Dragon. At the time, he has been paired up with Girl Generation girl Seohyun. Their fan fic stories titled 'Unexpected you' and the sequel. [I have yet to complete the series tho] And I did received good reception from all G-Dragon fandom. However for that pair, I am so sorry, my idea has runs dry on them. 

So I want a new heroine for G-Dragon. I did write some interesting character reference on G-Dragon so again it is natural for me to choose him to be paired up with IU who has always been paired with his best buddy, Taeyang.

In a flash I changed all the characters from the original line-up. Even rapmonster and LE characters I've changed. I tried to choose someone who is really closed to the couple, excluding Kim Woo Bin tho. 

Anyway when I started to publish the first few chapters, well what can I said, I received lots of positive reception from the fans of both idols. Ok, there is a time that I have a long recess from continuing writing this story. Lots of personal reasons for such lame excuses but I did make a comeback on Aug 2016 and vow to complete this series and start with a new one.

I may write a 1-shot story before I started my new series. I did that with The Lake House. The 1-shot story has been 'Let's not fall in love' feat. G-Dragon & IU. But this time it will be different. Because my upcoming 1-shot 'Love is...' hero and the follow-up series featured hero will be different.

'Love is...' featured hero will be my all-time favourite actor.

My new series featured hero who will be paired up with IU will be based on the poll result that I have created earlier. And this series will be another movie adaption from one of my favourite romance movie. So stay tune.
