Photoshop Bug (did this happen to anyone before?)

Hi guys :D So this is an odd blog because I honestly have no idea where else to ask about this without seeming weird XD So I have photoshop (obviously LMAO) and been using this version since like.. last year? Anyway, I've had tiny bugs happening but since I pirated it (I CAN'T AFFORD ME SOME ICE CREAM LET ALONE PS) I thought that it's fine.. however now I can't blend using the layer mask. It leaves the edges of the pictures really visible no matter how many times I try to press the brush on it. Tried different blushes and all that, so..yea. I can always go and use the eraser but some pictures are too fussy to blend like that (when hair is close the edge or something) so..yea. I'm spending today in ma room writing and PSing so it would be nice if someone knew wtf is going on XD Anyone knows how to fix this? Or should I jsut try every soft brush? It happened before but it usually went away in a day or two and tbh I just hope it will pass again because it's annoying as hell XD I BLEND A LOT OK.

EDIT: OK I was being a dumbo XD My brush was on a different color from what it should have been on... Preeetty sure I didn't change it tho but oh well :D thanks for the quick help LMAO

I..also started packing XD ok so started is kind of an exaggeration, I threw some stuff in my suitcase XD I just hate packing so much lol. I'm leaving Sunday morning though so yea :D Still trying to decide whether or not I should get a second hand laptop (I would have to send money home for it XD) or wait until I have some cash i the UK because while laptops there may cost a lot at least what I'd get would be new.. It'd tear me away from PS a bit and writing..well not really cause I can write on my phone but it would be better as a long term solution XD I'll see though :3

Yea that's it I guess.

Same with creamysmiles + is the opacity really on 100%? I'm just asking bc the I am this alrdy happened to me and I wondered about it

Oh, If it is what I think it is, you'd probably have to just go into the colour picker and select black. Sometimes it's not in the very corner black, it's a different kind of black (am I making any sense here?). Idek why it does that. If I'm thinking of something else. well then feel free to IGNORE ME :))

I don't really know the solution to this, but I happen to notice some glitches too on my PS. The circle that shows the shape of the brush sometimes disappear and reappear. Other than that, it's been fine. You better get a another version that is cracked. Mine has lasted me for like 2 years. And it's not giving me as much troubles as I thought it would. Maybe try re-installing it?
