Are there any authors out there that have insane mental block for story ideas?

You see I have this idea but I don't want to write it... Do you get what I mean? 

However I feel like this is a good idea. I have planned out a little bit of it and will co-author along the way if any one is interested.

the story is Jungkook And OC with cameos from the other members... Please hit me up if you are interested and we can talk further then not wanting to spoil the story...
