So I've started this work our thing of sorts slash diet thing. I'm planning on actually makING this my life style because I went to the doctor and she basically told me I'm unhealthy and fat so I need to get my act together. I've been doing research on workouts to do and food to eat and not eat and I have a pretty solid goal!

 

If anyone is interested in seeing my progress,I could make blog posts weekly or every other week showing how it's been going! If anyone would like that, just comment below 😊

 

I have good inspirating and motivation so hopefully this will work fingers crossed!!
