I won't ask you to change your mind but at least give me something i can contact you by,you are an awesome author who many loves your stories.I don't want to lose contact with you,I,for one,really loves your stories.If you not updating for months makes you a y author then I wonder what I would call myself,I haven't update anything since I first made this AFF account.I love reading stories and like coming up with them but I at writing them,if they steal your stories then report them.If it doesn't help then write your stories on another website (I recommend Wattpad) ,you can even write them and don't publish them but just don't say you stop writing.Writing out their ideas is an author's life.You do not just stop because someone is bullying,you just beat them to their own game.

Plagiarism is everywhere, not just on AFF. AO3 lets you download everything (some site stole a thousand fics from A03 using a bot and then sold them as ebooks for profit - now that's worse), LJ doesn't have a proper system against it and Wattpad's layout is... eh. Other sites are just tragic for posting anything. AFF just happens to be filled with people that sniff them more often because it relies heavily on the community to detect anything out of the ordinary rather than a group of mods.

I'm sorry it happened to you too, I guess that just proves the amazing author you are because no one would go into all that trouble without a reason. And I know you're upset and you're probably going to block me for saying this, but please don't put your anger on the community. You might hurt those "pseudo authors and their pseudo stories". There are still plenty of good people here and you know it too.

Either way, it's your choice. Deactivate your account, delete everything, whatever. I'm personally desensitized to all the author threats because it changed nothing other than the author's mental health. So if that makes you happier and lets you breathe, then go for it.

It makes me really sad that you had to make this decision. I understand and respect that, of course you have to do what is right for you. I'm really sad though, since your stories where always one of my absolute favorites.
