The secret to writing good fiction

Does anyone even read my blog posts -.-' anyway...

Tomorrow I have an English Language exam which I was studying for earlier today. My mind began to wonder off to the land of fan fiction and I became curious as to how long a chapter should be so I went and looked it up. After reading an article about this on a website called advanced fiction writing, I came across a blog that spoke about the use of the 'Snowflake method' when writing your story. I found it really useful and it opened my eyes as to how I should be planning my stories instead of just writing the chapters and posting them on the first go. Now, I'm well aware that the post is given to those who want to publish their stories ( of which I have no intent) and it is quite time consuming, I still believe that it's a good guide to follow when writing our fiction. Here's the link to the blog post: www.advancedfictionwriting.com/articles/snowflake-method/

Feel free to check it out and tell me if you guys found it useful ^^
