As a royal class member, Daehwan was born to be on top, and he has all the tools to stay there. He is confident, charming, and he has an easy going cockiness that just seems to draw people to him. He knows all the right things to say, the ladies love him, all the teachers listen when he speaks. Life is good. Daehwan is super loyal to those he considers his friends and family, willing to do anything for them and he genuinely enjoys being around them. They are pretty much they only thing keeping him from waging an all out war on other royal family members. he refuses to drag them into his problems; there is no chance in hell that he will let his friends get hurt for his own vendetta. Daehwan doesn't care much for social status, his best friends are both of lower status then he is. So while he does tend to flaunt his money and class, he tends to not bring it up when chilling with his buds.

Daehwan is a stubborn person. He has an idea, and he will see it through. THough he is able to be flexible in finding ways to solve problems, he will always find a way to work towards the end goal. He also takes advantage of his royal status and good looks by hooking up with random girls here and there. Whats the point of being young and handsome and rich if your not gonna flaunt it? Daehwan can be reckless when he wants to do something. He enjoys adrenaline pumping activiteis and taking risks. OFten times, he will try to dragJin and Mina into a crazy idea that seems fun, such as skydiving on a tuesday afternoon.

While his image to the students and teachers of senclair is that of an angel, in reality Daehwan is a sadistic person. In a fight, he will look not to end you quickly, but make sure you suffer painfully as well. His card Seulgi is the perfect compliment to this trait, as her poison ability makes sure that his opponents die slowly, painfully, and begging for their last breaths. He also cheats. In a world that his family is all dead, you gotta take any advantage you can get, and cheating makes sure you win. Daehwan is also very vengeful, and if you have wronged him or his friends he will make sure you pay. His current targets are other royal families, and he will stop at nothing until he makes them all suffer. Daehwan also has no qualms about killing people. He watched his family get slaughtered, his whole deck destroyed and his sister paralyzed. he's only giving his enemies as good as they gave him.


< / BACKGROUND > :

The Park's were one of the last remaining royal families. The latest genreation, Gyuri and Daehwan, were both considered excellent and powerful dealers and were held in high regard. When Daehwan turned 12, he was given his very own deck. His very first summon was Seulgi, and as he grew up she became a second sister and surrogate mother to him. Not long after, the Park's were attacked by unknown assailants. Caught unaware, most of them were killed and their cards destroyed or taken. Gyuri tried her best to defend her younger brother, but she was injured and paralyzed from the waist down.

As Daehwan ran, his summons were taken down one by one, until he only had Seulgi left. At this point, Seulgi summoned hereself, standing between Daehwan and his pursuers. As they attacked her, Seulgi unleashed a wall of poison, before using her hellfire abilities to cause a massive explosion. She took out all the attackers in one go, and she brought both Daehwana nd Gyuri to safety.

Before they left, Daehwan found one attacker still barely alive. In rage, He had seulgi torture him to find out who had sent them, and he revealed that it was the other royal families. He died before he told them why. From that day on, Daehwan swore revenge for his family, and vowed to detroy every last member of the other families and make them feel the same pain he felt now.

× older sister  | park gyuri | 25 | the only other remaining member of the Park family. A former dealer, she is left wheel chair bound in an attack and is no longer able to fight. She is the overprotective sister and constantly nags and worries about Daehwan, though he is having none of it. THey have a very good relationship and Daehwan will do anything to protect her. SHe does not know about his one man war against the otehr families, and he intends on it staying that way.

× best guy friend | kim seok jin | 19 | a lower class student and childhood friend to daehwan. he is the reason why daehwan's grades aren't an a+. because jin is a smart who doesn't need to study to maintain his stupidly high gpa, his boredom leads him to always asking daehwan out to eat (and daehwan always pays). Jin also loves a good prank, though he is not very good at them (only person who falls for his pranks is mina). He gets into senclair on account of his stupidly high grades and the fact that he's a pretty decent dealer himself. His good looks also contribute to his popularity on campus despite being a lower class student.

× best girl friend | myoui mina | 17 | alright boys keep it in yo pants. Mina is a high class transfer student from japan that is wayy out of your league. with both beauty, brains, and brawn, she is one of the top students at senclair. she is not much of a risk taker though, she prefers to keep out of the spotlight while her two best friends are arguably two of the most high profile students at school (that doesn't stop all the boys, and some girls from ogling her all day). she is often the one that will chide them when they do childish things, though she gives in everytime. Mina is a bit naive, and has a tendency to believe Jin's trolls (he once convinced her that eating kimchi would make her s bigger, so that was all she ate for a week straight).

× target? | gyeong binnada | 18 | a member of the gyeong royal family, daehwan sees her as one of his potential targets for vengeance. It doesn't matter that she probably had no hand in what happened to him, she is related by association and he will do what he can to make them feel the same pain he feels.

< / SCHOOL & OUTSIDE LIFE > :

In school, daehwan acts the part of rich, teenage boy perfectly. He is interested in girls, chilling with friends, and not as interested in his grades. He plays nice with all the teachers, likes to have with a different girl every week, and is a successful athlete and is quite popular (understatement of the century).

Outside of school, he is still very similiar. Gotta keep up the image y'know. it pays to be a up in the real world. what people don't see is his dark, sadistic side. He only shows this side of him when him or his friends are threatened, and when he encounters a member of a royal family.

× for Mina's sweet 16, they got her black out drunk (gasp) and woke her up by having kei launch them 100 feet into the air via tornado.
× He's taken martial arts since he was 7 and is a black belt in brazilian jiu jitsu.
