english grammar question

Would it be correct and sound natural to say something like "nobody less could have done [...]"?

I'd need the same meaning as in "nothing less than a miracle could have [...]", just with a person - how would you say that?

I'm just really confused right now xD

I think "Nothing short of a miracle" is the phrase you're looking for. So ... "It would have taken nothing short of a miracle for XXX to YYYYYYY."
