Could I write a letter to Kpop idols using google translator?

Hi everyone! Well some of u may know I'm having a really difficult time right now.

With my sick baby niece needing a new feeding tube in June and having to under go four surgeries for her brain, heart, lungs and the tube (she possibly might be getting all four), and me getting heart surgery next year, I really want to write to my Kpop idols, especially SHINee after the hallyu concert was a disaster. Does anyone thinking could write them a letter through google translator?? I really want to see if they could help me or visit me in the hospital or do a Skype or something lol anything....

So yah, what do u guy think???! Xoxoxo

Hello~ Google Translate is really a bad idea. You can always send it to me and i'll edit it for you because I'm Korean and I'm fluent if you want. :)

Unnie. Google Translate doesn't really work well. It makes a lot of grammar mistakes that can seem like you're saying something else then what you're actually trying to write. Just learn Korean. Its SUUUPER FUN~!

Google translate does not, and will not work for a long letter XD it's better used for single word searches. I tried once and my whole letter made NO sense. So I just learned the language and settled that way

Noooo! not a good idea at all, ask someone who knows korean to help you but never rely on google for an accurate translation, you'll end up insulting their mothers or something

Like others have said, google translate is really not accurate, if you want to translate a letter I'd reccomend asking someone who speaks Korean, try on reddit's Korean language learning sub maybe? I've using it in past for advice on learning Korean, I'm sure you could find someone there who could translate for you :)

I highly recommend that you do NOT use GoogleTranslate. People of the community can change the outcome plus it's not accurate all together... Sorry...

If you want to write a simple sentence, then Translate.com is more accurate, but it's still not 100%. It would be better to find a person that can translate. They also offer Human translation, but I've never tried it. So, I can't tell you how accurate it is, or if it costs anything. Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful.

I wish all things to go well with you and your niece. Keep a positive mind and everything will go well.

I wouldn't recommend using a translator, specially google. Translators don't know or understand syntax of languages nor verb, past, present and future tenses, sometimes they don't even recognize gender. The best way would be to find a Korean who can speak English and who would do the favor of translating.

As for them visiting you on the hospital thing or skype, there are always programs around the world that help people going through tough situations get their wishes or something like that. Some of them are for extreme cases but you can check out, maybe you qualify and who knows, maybe they can help you meet them.

google translate is AWfulll (I speak Korean).
But maybe in simple english? I'm pretty sure most idols know how to read and write to a certain extent in English.^^
