I found a way to get rid of my sickness! 'autogenic training'!

It's called 'autogenic training' and teaches your body to respond to your commands through mind! There is a basic exercise like you lay down and get comfortable, breathe calmly and close your eyes. Then you tell yourself that your arms are slowly getting heavier and heavier until you can't move them and to be able to move them again you tell yourself that they get lighter again. If you train hard enough you can basically tell your body anything and it will react to it! I tried out the basic exercise yesterday when I suddenly felt a wave of sickness wash over me again and it helped! I will look for a good self training book in the next few days and keep practicing! This is ging to be the solution of becoming a calmer self and not get sick anymore when being nervous or stressed and being a more relaxed person in general, I believe ^-^ has anyone tried this yet?
