Hey :) The best way to get rid of the anxiety of needing to study or that of feeling like you're royally ed is to actively combat it and study! Think of how relieved you'll feel once all your exams are over, knowing that you studied and tried your best. You can do it!
you HAVE to study, sooner or later, or you will get bad grades. and believe me, studying later is never a good idea. if you have an exam coming up, just imagine you're taking the exam and you're missing the answer for a question which you KNEW if you had studied now.
get off the internet, set a timer, and study for 20 - 30 minutes. then take a break.
