Now. It seems like Kookie was remembering the times with JIn and Vice versa with Jin when Jungkook went to him (it wasn't shown but it's Kookie considering you can see a person with the same clothes as Kook was wearing in the pic above.

I don't really know what it means but I'll try my best to break it down.

Let's consider the Jin being dead theory. What if Jungkook and Jin were together during the time Jin was alive

Probably they are both confused at some point. Probably both are imagining that they are still in the same world or something.
