A fan has pressed a claim against SM Entertainment's SM Artium.

According to an angry fan's post, she was ually harassed by an SM Artium security guard during one of her visits. She wrote, "Wow... So SM Artium called me back. The customer service manual is nonsense. It says that EXO is a special artist with a particularly young fandom, so it is necessary to hold harsh security checks, but that doesn't mean ual harassment is allowed."

She continued, "I have been to numerous concerts, but have never been told that they were going to touch my s. Checking because I have hidden cameras down my shirt? I've never heard, 'I am going to touch your s', ever in my life until I went to SM Artium."

In addition, she said, " The most unbelievable thing is that the manager there told me to pull my clothes up so he can touch my . He also held my arm and dragged me to the entrance while I was walking towards my seat."

Other fans responded with support as they said, "It is not the first time the employees of SM Artium have been rude. I once got hit in the head and on my back because I wasn't entering quickly enough", "Do they think its okay to ually abuse us since we are young?", etc.

An associate of SM Entertainment has also responded to this situation with, "This is a common happening due to an influx of hardcore fans. When we find a hidden camera, and tell them to give it up, fans claim it as ual abuse. Now we've stationed a female employee for the position because of the frequent complains. It's not as harsh as they claim."
