Hard to choose who tops in the relationship

 

 

A random thought while washing dishes...

 

Have you ever thought about those ships in which you find it hard to choose who tops? In EXO, for example, I find it hard to decide who among Suho and Lay (SuLay), Xiumin or Chen (XiuChen) and Sehun and Kai (SeKai) tops in their relationship. But I firmly believe that Suho bottoms in KrisHo and Xiumin tops in XiuHan.

 

Anyway, do you have other idol ships with this dillema? Not necessarily within EXO. Any groups are welcome.

 

I'm not implying any ist stuff. I don't mean to offend anyone. I'll delete this post if it makes you uncomfortable.

Edit: I actually wasn't thinking of or when this idea came into my mind. I just thought of relationship in general.

Srsly Xiuchen? Of course it's Chen who tops. Xiumin may seem manly or daddy-like but for God's sake not to Chen. He's too cute to top Dae.

Here's the weird thing, i used to read only hunhan (both tops and bottoms) but as a writer now Sehun tops of course, but he will definitely bottom for sekai because kai is never a Uke, for xuihan i don't ship them at all but yes Luhan always bottoms, Xuichen Chen tops, sulay it's Top lay for Kaisoo oh come on!! Kyungsoo screaming bottom

I'd Lay tops in SuLay, Kai tops inSeKai, Xiumin tops in Xiuhan and Kyungsoo tops in KaiSoo (this last one sounds strange at first, but it's actually really freaking hot @.@)

To me, I'm comfortable with Lay topping in Sulay while Xiumin in Xiuchen. And as for Sekai, I'm used to reading topping Kai fics. I hope this helps?

Ok getting down to business,

You could either mean: top/bottom as in personalities oorrrrrrr the top/bottom during smooshtime and the issue about who sticks the pencil in the sharpener.

Let's talk personality-wise (because there are ten-year-olds on here):

It's just like, the submissive (the one with a hidden personality, a passive role) and the dominant (the one with the active attitude as well as some innocence for some). It can work both ways, all ways, or just one way, in all honesty. I'm just personally more used to these top/bottom categories and prefer seeing a role separation (it's nicer? I don't know what I mean but yes).

Not only that, but the more commanding personality is not always the top. I know a guy who is the bossiest diva EVER and he is a strictly bottom, per his rules. Won't even speak to another gay guy if he's not a top.

In response to someone's comment about actual homoual males not having set top or bottom. That's untrue. Not everyone does, there are "switchers", but several friends I've known were like OH HELL NO I WON'T TOP EVER or vice versa. So it is personal preference 100%.

heullo heullo as a homoual male even tho im far from having (lol im not even close to that age consent), people actually dont have a "top-bottom" set rule. whilst others may enjoy topping/bottoming consequently, it actually pretty much depending on who starts off a lil more "commandive" during the first few seconds of initiating ?? and also, not all homouals actually do . some actually just regard as . not all homoual couples think that is just the homo version of heteroual . so although we're a little pissed off that the fiction culture regard that there MUST be a top/bottom person in homoual pairings and they appropriate it, there ya go. some life lessons from the boy at the back. hup!!

i dunno tho. suho definitely tops. kai tops. id probably kai to oblivion
