appearance —Compared to many, Chunja is fairly heavy for a KPOP idol, and this gives her a bit of reason to be self-concious. Many idols her age have much thinner faces than her own, which is fairly rectangle-like, which isn't really the Korean beauty standard. Hell, even the boy's faces are slimmer than her's. She has heavy bones unlike many idols, so she's seen as a "heavy idol," and many netizens and Koreans dislike this about her. They enjoy girls with rounded cheeks, and thus many knets often call her Rectangle Face. Her eyes are fairly small, but with some handy makeup that she and other makeup artists are experts in, this can become appealing, and her eyes can be made larger-seeming with white eyeliner on her waterline and copious amounts of black and/or brown (Depending on her outfit) in a cat eye. Not to mention, Chunja has ever-gorgeous, slightly puffy undereye that is found to be quite attractive in Korea. Her nose is very defined, and its bridge is very small, thanks to some handy surgery and genetics. The tip is quite rounded, and has a considerable width to it- Her nose is often compared with Yoona of SNSD's, for their similar tips, but nothing beyond there really looks similar between the two. Chunja's lips are thin, particularly her top one which has very little shape, and though the bottom one is small, it has a plushness to it, and her lips look fairly delicate. Her lips are actually fairly wide, giving her a stunning smile. Her skin is fairly tan (But her soft), which is another hit against her in the beauty department- She really only has a good visual to foreigners. If Chunja lost some wight, she would have partially defined cheekbones. She, admittedly, has also gotten surgery done to give her very minor double eyelids, but this was even before she even wanted became an idol, when she was a teenager.

 

She has a fairly long neck, but not nearly long enough to look unnatural, and it's in fact a very attractive part of her. Chunja's hair is thick and well cared for, glossy and soft like everyone wishes. It's not uncommon to see her with long, reddish-brown hair one day and short blonde the next. She's not afraid to cut, dye, and play with her hair, as she's studied cosmetics and beauty for years, she is confident with her desicions. She has an "innie" bellybutton which she is eternally grateful for, otherwise she'd never be able to wear a bellytop. However, her arms are fairly thin and muscular, from all of the hours spent carefully and painstakingly applying makeup with tense arms and hands, and since she exercises regularly, that helps as well. Chunja has a larger bust than generally accepted in KPOP, with C-cup s, and though many would think this would deter her dancing, so long as she wears the right bra, she's all good. Her legs, particularly her thighs, are fairly heavy looking, but in fact it's almost all muscle from her dancing and having to squat for long periods of time for makeup. Her shoes are a size eight an a half in America's women's, giving her fairly small and thin feet. Her toe and fingernails are always properly trimmed, cleaned, and often painted. Chunja takes no shame in saying she has a nice , because truthfully, she does. It's very full and round, which she takes great pleasure in. Her hips are very present, and are basically perfect to hold onto. Chunja's fingers are fairly long and slim, fairly elegant, if I dare.

 

Her body modifications: Chunja has minor surgery done to her nose when she was a teenager (At sixteen, with parental permission, of course). She had her nose flatened so make it wider and the tip more rounded. A year later, she decided to go back under the knife and recieved double eyelid surgery, but it was a surprisingly small change. She also has ten piercings per ear (Seriously, her teen years were quite something), and a small tattoo on her right hip she got illegally at age eighteen. It's that design on the literal side of her hip, just much smaller. She goes to great lengths to cover up this tattoo, but also refuses to get rid of it because of its signifigance to her and her life. Chunja will take full responsiblility for any body modifications should the company allow it. Chunja has no regret for the changes she's made to her body.

 

Physical Marks: Chunja has a scar just under her left , and it trails about two and a half centimeters up it. It's very thin, and was caused by glass from a car accident in 2013. She also has a small dent in her right eyebrow from when she was little and slipped on carpet, slamming her face into the corner of a wall. It didn't bleed, but it bruised badly. For about an hour it was a dent in her face, and then it swelled up which . It ended up regressing into the small dent that show up whenever moves her eyebrows, and it's actually quite endearing should you see it. It's often covered up with makeup after joining Top5, then NewSun, and even during her solo, which pisses Chunja off a little bit- She really likes it, it makes her unique.

 

fashion style — When it comes to fashion, though in the past she could have been considered racy and daring, Chunja now is lowkey and all about hiding herself, to be honest. She doesn't paricularly like being looked it, which is why she quit training, but she naturally looks good in what she wears. She's very casual, and likes to be comfortable. She tends to accessorize with bracelets and her many ear piercings, which she still loves by the way. She either likes to wear pale pastels or dark reds, greens, etc. She feels both can give her a low profile. She likes lace and leather, though not together- That's kinda ew, to be honest. Chunja may not be super into fashion, but she knows what's acceptable and what's not. She can actually be considered a very fashionable member, but she denies this completely. She really likes the Victorian aethstetic and does own clothes that style but never wears them, they're more, like, costumes for Halloween, just...Really high-quality. When she's going for a girl's night out, she dresses a bit more like she used to, a little more y and revealing, boots and all, and attention-gathering makeup. Normally her makeup is pretty natural, but she does change it up sometimes. When she's at formal events, Chunja wears long dresses- Short isn't her style. For pajamas, she goes between childish ones, normal, and slightly ier.

background — Kim Chunja was born almost twenty-three years ago on a rainy July morning as the first and only child of Kim Iseul and Kim Dohyun. Her parents were very successful and had a surplus of money, so Chunja most certainly never went without- In fact, she got everyhing she asked for, yet was disciplined enough to keep her from being too spoiled. When she was a baby, actually, she was born with cataracts in her left eye. This was found to be caused by an infection her mother had while pregnant with her, and so the doctors removed the lense of her eye and replaced it was an artificial one made of plastic. Chunja was born in the room right next to another baby- Lee Taemin. Their mothers bonded in the few days they were in the hospital after giving birth just minutes apart, and thus Taemin and Chunja were childhood friends. From an early age she had an interest in music of any kind- Pop, piano, cello, rock, violin, R&B, her tastes were any and everywhere, whike Taemin's was more focused on dance music. She took so many classes to learn different instruments, but as she got older she found herself more immersed in studying than anything else. Taemin, however, ended up as a trainee for SM, and convinced her to audition to. She did, and got in with him. They made some friends, but Taemin debuted two years later. Chunja was proud as well, seriously, but also a bit jealous.

 

However, in 2011, Chunja debuted under the stage name "Honey" with the band Top5 from SM. She was close with her bandmates and they had a lot of fun, but there ended up being a lot of problems. Two of their sixx members hated each other more than anything, and I mean anything, and so the band was often held back by them. SM became sick of their lack of work and how much trouble they caused in the group, and kicked them out before adding three new members for a comeback. After a car accident that hurt two of the original members (Twins) they left the group, and so their next promotions  were with five members. However, Top5 never gained any momentum, and the company and the girls agreed it was best for Top5 to disband. SM also gave them the option is dissolving their contracts, which Chunja took immediately. In the time that was between their seven member comeback and their five member comeback, she'd gotten her ankle hurt, and it hadn't been given enough time to heal. She knew that if she wanted her career to continue, she'd have to give it a lot of time.

 

Upon it healing, though, she joined TS Entertainment. They immedaitely put her into their new group, NewDay, and debuted them in February. They were fairly successful, but a minor car accident in 2013 reinjured Chunja's ankle. Their comeback was put on hold until August, and they gained a lot more popularity in 2014. However, the company wanted to debut a new girl group, Sonamoo, and thus NewDay was pushed to the background. The girls quietly seethed about this but didn't fight, simply having a few invidiual schedules here and there until, in January of 2015, the CEO called them up and offered Chunja a solo debut. NewDay would still be a group, just inactive until they found a good place to put them back into motion. After a lot of heartfelt and tear-filled discussions with her current band, former band members, and best friends, Chunja took up the offer and was shocked when her popularity rose immensely. She became a well-known soloist and had a solo comeback in the same year. Chunja was thankful for taking the opportunity, and is still living in fame now, just starting her solo comback as of March 15th, 2016. She's currently preparing for a comeback with NewDay as well, and a Japan debut in late 2016.

• Japan! Hence why she visited in her times between companies. Since she kept going she ended up getting a Japanese name to go by.
• Horses, she used to actually go horseback riding but stopped in high school.
• Snow! It's really gorgeous and calming.
• Sunrises, they're really pretty and give her a sense of peace, you know?
• Limes, they're the best citrus and she eats them plain. Which for her teeth so she'll probably stopk but she'll be sad.
• Orange juice, though she actually doesn't drink this often, she grew up chugging the stuff.
• Colored contacts, they're so cool! Chunja actually has a huge colored contact collection, including sclera lenses.

 

dislikes —

• Spiders. They're literally just gross, she isn't even scared of them. With their eight legs, possibly hairy, and trillions of eyes.../shiver/

• Getting sick, if she didn't feel so gross when she got sick, she probably wouldn't mind that much.

• Big Bang, sorry guys but really...You're not her style at all. Especially G-Dragon, but whatever.

• English, she actually hated it in school and it was her worst subject ever. She can pronounce it well, though.

• Too cutesy of dances- She's more made for power, actually, so thankfully powerful and y is more popular nowadays.

• Apples, they're her least favorite fruit- I mean, it's mostly air and tastes gross!

• Playing the violin, she did it as a child and much prefers the piano and the cello (But she's only average with the piano. She's pretty good with a cello)~

 

hobbies — 

• As mentioned above, the cello and piano. She's pretty good at the cello, seriously. When she was trainning in SM and TS, she wanted to play it on variety shows if she gets the chance.

• Ice skating, though she can't truly do it often anymore since she doesn't want to risk her ankle yet again.

• She really loves to sketch, but seriously? Chunja at sketching, it's kind of sad, actually.

• Volunteering at animal shelters, she's done it since she started college. She loves animals so it's a win-win.

 

habits — 

• Chunja blinks an obnoxious amount of times when she's nervous, it's really bad, and it embarasses her.

• When she's upset, you can tell openly is you really know her since she's used to hiding her facial expresssions. This is because Chunja flicks her eyes up every few seconds when she really angry or sad because it helps keep her tears at bay, and she's a crier.

• Making a lot of food when someone's had a bad time, because as she says: "Good food makes you forget bad things."

• Biting her lip really ily when she thinks, even though she doesn't realize how y it looks.

• Chewing slightly at her fingernails when she's stressed, but she's basically learned to control that by now.

 

trivias —

• Her name, Chunja, hasn't been popular since the 1940's, thus making it an "old time" name.

• She was the rapper and lead vocalist of Top5, and is the main rapper and main vocalist of NewSun.

• This is her apartment. Chunja actually finds it really lonely since it's so big, and there's only her and her pet snake, who prefers to be on his own.

• This is her pet hognose snake, Aegi. Well, he used to be that small when he got her- Aegi is now full-grown and pretty big for his species.

• Aegi is a brat that likes to pretend he's angry and play dead. Like I said previously, he prefers to be on his own but does cuddle with Chunja when she needs it, which he can sense like any dog or cat.

• Her current favorite song is Taemin's Soldier, he did such a good job with the live performance. She was actually the friend that wrote the lyrics for it earnestly and got rejected.

• Chunja is all into skinship, like seriously. She is often seen doing skinship with anyone she's close to, because it doesn't bother her and she likes to be physically close with people.

• She wants to get married early and have children by, like, twenty seven at the latest. She really loves children and wants to be a mother more than anything.

• Chunja kinda also wants to be an engineer, hence why she's majoring in engineering sciences. She's always loves science.

• Chunja wants to learn Ancient Greek, yet another dead language. She's super interested in dead languages and cultures. Her second choice for a major would have been some sort of history.

• Chunja wants to visit Japan yet again. She always rents the same timeshare and she loves it.• Her favorite city in Japan is Okinawa~

• Fast food is seriously gross- Greasy that doesn't taste good in the slightest. she doesn't know how people can live off of it, she'd rather die, actually.

• She wants to adopt a puppy soon, some sort of dachshund, like Roo! Then Jjong's dog and her dog could play and they'd have more excuses to see each other.

• Chunja's IQ (If she bothered to take the test, but she won't) is 160, making her a certifiable genius. Too bad she doesn't bother using her intelligence often anymore.

• This girl has a habit of re-injuring her annkle, which raelly since she's becoming an idol. Because of this, whenever she's home she wears a wrap around her ankle to protect it.

• She's really good at bellydancing.

Kim Jonghyun is a really gentle guy. He always takes other's feelings into consideration and tries to handle things in the nicest way possible. His actions themselves are soft, and Jonghyun can't help but be a soft-spoken person most of the time. He's also very accepting- A while back he made a post about accepting ual minorities. He doesn't care about anything that may be "wrong" with you, he accepts everyone and everything no matter what. Jonghyun is a very intuitive guy- He knows when somthing is wrong with someone, and he's almost always right when it comes to instinct. This natural ability to know things comes in handy, especially when to comes to relationships. Jonghyun is quite the romantic. Writing songs for his lovers, going on the cutest of dates- His favorite thing to do is cuddle. He seriously is the most romantic guy you'll meet, it's an air about him that screams that he's absolutely amazing in all aspects of romance. He's very accepting of people, but this has gotten him into some trouble with KNets who accuse him of stupid things like being a misonygist even though he adores his mother, sister, and Chunja. Jonghyun is a really busy person. He has barely any time for anything besides work, much less time for friends and family. When he supported the LGBTQ+ community, he got into a lot of trouble. He does his radio show evern night from midnight to two in the morning, solo promotions more recently, as well as SHINee always making sure to greet the antisocial, lonely girl.scedules. He write a lot of songs, takes care of his dog, he simply has a lot to do. He's quite stressed with all of these things to do- After all, being an idol is never easy, especially not for one tht's been going since 2008. All of these things Jonghyun can admit, but not the one thing that he hates to let anyone know- His insecurities. He's seriously not confident with his abilities, his looks since his car accident back in 2013. Without SHINee, he feels like he's nothing because there's no one there to hold him up. It's something that hurts him to his core.

relationship — These two have actually known each other since before SHINee's debut, so they've been the best of friends for a long time, and are crushing on each other hard core. When they found out they were paired with each other, they were totally happy. The public doesn't know that they're friends, though, so ti was a shock when the two were immediately full of skinship and speaking fairly comfortably. Seriously, these two don't hold back in the slightest- Holding hands, kissing on the cheek, hugging, cuddling even, it's really bad (And gross). Chunja very easily calls Jonghyun Yeobo, and in return he calls her Aein. Fans are both hardcore suspicious and hardcore shipping. They're full of puns and jokes, and aren't afraid to flirt, nor are they ashamed of it. They've been like this for years, actually, they just haven't been brave enough nor had the chance to do it in public. Because of Chunja's, ah, passion towards winning things, they're the most determined to, well, win, and they've got a pretty good chance since Chunja's a ing beast. Chunja is always posting pictures of them together on her SNS and raving about him to her bandmates, whom she sees often even though they don't promote. Jonghyun seriously wants to confess, but he's a bit afraid considering what happened with Sekyung back in 2012. But, really, Chunja would say yes without abandon and they'd want to make their relationship known. A love that's been building for over nine years, that's something that can't be held back for much longer. Jonghyun is promoting her solo career as we speak, because he wants her to get the fame she deserves.
