Personality:
Seung Rin is the no-nonsense type of person. She's cynical, critical, and the pessimist of the group. Basically, she is the seeming 'realist' among a group of idealist. Having grown up in a family full of childish males, Seung Rin unconsciously picked up the role of the naggy mother. Don't let her hear you say that though, she claims to actually hate that nickname and will not be afraid to spout profanities at you for actually saying it out loud. Seung Rin is often feared and at the same time admired for her usual calm and composed attitude, but is not one to be taken granted for with her sharp tongue and widely colorful vocabulary.

She's strict and often teased as the mother-figure of the group. She's naggy and dislikes immaturity. Seung Rin is quite the mediator too, often  trying to make people see both sides of the argument before things get too out of hand. She's a natural leader but refuses to take up such a role as she doesn't actually talk a lot and seems to be a bit socially awkward with most. Seung Rin might not say a lot, but she definitely lives by the motto that "Actions speak louder than words". She might not be the type to greet you a "Get well soon" when you're sick, rather, she'd be the one cooking up some soup and giving you medicine to make you feel better.

However cold and distant Seung Rin may seem, she definitely does not like to disappoint anyone. And anyone includes her fans and the people supporting her. Thus, she sheds her cold expressions on stage and smiles a lot when performing, even if she doesn't talk too much. 

Family Background:
Seung Rin was born and raised in Toronto, Canada in a family of four composing of her father [her mother has long since gone; died upon the birth of her youngest son] and her two younger brothers, Seung Jin and Jin Young. She grew up mainly within an all-male household, so it's quite a miracle to see her still quite feminine. Her family is quite ordinary, save for the part that she had to grow up early to take on the role of a mother for her two younger brothers. She's a natural with household chores, as her brothers often compliment her cooking [she seems to have gotten her father's natural cooking ability who is a high-class chef] and gets things done and organized before anyone can even complain.

Bias:

She tends to have a leader bias so almost all of her bias from K-Pop groups are leaders. [Yunho (DBSK); G-Dragon (Big Bang); Junsu (2PM); Doojoon (BEAST); Jin Young (B1A4); Onew (SHINee) etc.]
However, her number one bias is coincidentally, not a leader and is actually only the middle of her top group, Super Junior.
