Hoon is standing at 177 cm and 58 kg.He also really loves changing his hair colour and hairstyles.Maybe every comeback,he'll change his hair.It just he really likes to do something with his hair.He also got both of his ear double peircing.And his skin is a bit tan as he really loves doing sports.Sometimes,he would get teased because of it.But it's not like he cared tho.As a truly asian,his eye colour is naturally dark brown and since he often wear contact lense,he become nearsighted.So he now prefer wearing glasses than contact lense.Other than performing on stage,he rarely use contact lense.

STYLE ♡ 
One thing to say,Hoon really have NO FASHION SENSE.At all.Really.No joke.His fashion is so terrible.Just..don't let he shopping with you alone.His taste are so bad.He really need someone to choose the clothes.So,the stylist often watch him when he's choosing an outfit,and laughing themself as Hoon pick a really ridiculuos one.

So,basically their stylist usually pay more attention to Hoon as he really need to learn about fashion.All clothes or outfit that he wear,thanks to the boys and the stylist.

Caring ; He may not showing this side of him but he actually did cared about the other boys.For example,when they're going to gym or practise ,Hoon usually alone or doing his things.But he'll definately stop by your place and offer you something.Dependable ; As one of  the oldest there,he always there for anyone espeially the one he ared and loves.You can shared your problems with him anytime,anywhere.He'll try his best to solve the problem.Don't worry,he'll never tell anyone about your secret or onern to anyone.It's not like he talk most of the times.Protective ; He seems to busy cared about others.Even till he forgot to take care himself.He just can't help but worry about everything the boys do.Maybe beause he's the oldest,so he feels like he need to watch everyone.He always warned espeially the maknaes to take are of themself.Sometimes,he might seen as over protetive.Look at how he treat his younger sister.

Ambitious ; He always shows his  strong desire and determination to succeed.For him,sucess is everything is some way.So,he need to do his best to achieve that sucess.But he'll never leave the other boys of course,if he can help,he'll help.Moreover,his rap and dance skill is not that good.Emotional ; Honestly,he's a cry baby.If he sees someone (especially the one he loves and cared) cry,within a minute he might cry too.He just happen to feel what that person feel.And he's a fan of book so,you can actually see him crying when reading.Obedient ; He always get teased espeially when playing games where people targeting him to play a embarrassing games as he didn't really reacting when the boys playing.But he still did it whenever the boys ask him.Even though he refused (it's not like they would hear what Hoon saying tho) So he just playing it.

Egoist ; He can't really accept the truth.The fact he lose or wrong.Especially when he's in his bad mood days.He definately can't accept it.Even though he's a calm guy,he still has that ego in his mind.But after a few hours,he'll think positively and then slowly accepting the truth.Dull ; Being a matured boy,makes him lacking interest or excitement.When people laughing like crazy,he'll be like emm..faking his laugh.He just don't really find it funny.Because of that,the other boys often playfully mocking him saying that he'll never date anyone.Cause he really no fun.Picky ; He's really picky about everything.Especially food.He doesn't like vegetables.If he can avoid,he'll avoid it for sure.Beside vegetables,he also can't eat spicy food too.But she can actually eat sour foods like lemon and perefer lemon over jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) 

BACKGROUND ♡ 

Hoon was born on 22 October 1990,in Changwon and has been raised in Korea since birth.He has an younger sister who is 6 years younger.His little sister was seperated as she's staying with her mother's family in America.It is because she had some problem with documents or whatever since she's born there.Still didn't know what the problem,they decided to let the little girl stayed there.So,since he's the only hild in the house and her parents always busy,he had some of dad's personality.About his little sister,Young,Hoon always keep in touch with her by Skype.Only once a while they get to meet each other as the parent always busy.Thankfully all of the documents and even visa accepted or whatever and Young get to live with her family in 2007.

Since young,Hoon had been revealed with music instrument.Her father's close friend,own a music instrument shop.Fortunately,he has a cousin who lived with him as his parents didn't want him to live alone.So he and his cousin always alone in the house because of their parents who are forever busy,the parents ask Mr.Kim or the shop's owner,to look for their children while they were out.Gladly Mr.Kim loves them like they are their children.He and his wife didn't have any children,so they happy to take care both of them.That's when Mr.Kim teach Hoon how to play this and that.But the most favourite instrument for Hoon is guitar.He just love it.Don't know why.In school,he also took a vocal class,together with his cousin.And he discover that he actually can sing.

Back to 2007 where his little sister come back,she start showing tons of Kpop videos to her older brother.Young herself a bit interested and hearing that Hoon can sing and play instrument well.She think this may be a chance for his older brother to debut like those Kpop idols.Why wasting his talent like that?Around 2009 where hip hop genre is really popular,Hoon found a song with wonderful catchy dance.He started to fall in love with that dance and eventually learned dance from that song.He's no longer playing his guitar and sing only,he add some dance also after he's playing it.It's 2011 and it's also school anniversary where he one of the performers there.And everyone loving his skillful dance and just perfect with his second performence,a romantic song feat the music from his guitar.

   Later that year,one of his friends upload his video on the school anniversary performences.And the video was seen by SM Entertaiment's owner.He then scouted by the company.SM is a well known and big company,just who doesn't want this chance?.Hoon is a bit surprised as he never learned anything besides playing instrument and he just learned dance by following those steps in the video.He never went to a dance academy before.He still auditioned there then he accepted and start his trained there.Gladly his family didn't against it.But Hoon is a bit worry about Young who will be alone in the house.What if this happen,that happen and everything.He really loves his sister but then Young herself shows that she's a grown up lady now.

 His trainee life is not as easy as he thought.He need to pass all different stages in order to debut.The most difficult is the rigorous training part.The trainees undergo intense training in singing, dance, acting, language and more while competing with each other for the spotlight. Only a small percentage will pass so Hoon always be stressed as they are plenty of trainee there.Everyone need to do their best in order to acheive what they want to be.

  For Hoon,training is really hard.He didn't learn those basic dance or sing.He only can play instrument well.Compare to others,he just a newbie.As time goes by,he managed to catch up the others.Even though he may be not the best among all,but for him,he improved so much.And he proud of it.He didn't expect that SM would want to debut him as he is not that ready with his vocal and dance skill.Given as a lead vocal and dance makes him believe that his skill are pretty good.
