Hey guys... 

Umm... whr to start...... 

So... um.... my dear little pet squirrel not more than 2 month old breathed his last yesterday night. 

I remember finding him atop a coconut tree.... he literally fell from ... one of its palmlets while we were plucking coconuts... but thank god the tree wasnt that tall....... 

My brother was the one who had found him cold and abandoned a month ago n brought him to safety..... 

My mom... she used to feed him thrice a day.... bathed him.... took care of him while my bro n I were not at home... 

We all took care of him like he was one of us almost to the point whr my mom would never let it out of her site. He became one of us... 

And i realise as i write this my eyes r so full of tears..... 

I watched him suffocate to death in like 5 minutes flat..... i hate myself tat i couldnt do anything abt it.... didnt do anything to save him..... 

I didnt know wat ws wrong with him... thought he'd get better but he just went from bad to worse... n then..... poof.... his eyes were open.... no breathing..... he ws just so young... 

My bro came back home today in hopes of seeing him after a long  tym. He broke down upon seeing his grave in our backyard. He just lays there.... peaceful..... happy perhaps tat he didnt have to put up with us humans..anymore... .. he he

Bansu..... (tats his name) i hope u know tat we all love u.... we miss u.... n we r very sorry we couldnt save u.
