What I've Learned About Writing

  1.  If you're trying to do 'research' about it, watching doesn't help. It's 'stimulating', to say the least, but it doesn't do much if you're looking for something that's really comprehensive. I've tried this route, I can't say it's been a fruitful attempt.
  2. Reading up on advice from legit sources helps. I'm not talking about Cosmo or men's magazine (although you do find gems once in a while). I'm talking about legit medical practitioners. You get a better scope of how really works while getting legit education at the same time.
  3. Try to veer away from the typical, get >tongue-battle>oral >full blown pattern. I noticed it makes the whole thing seem mechanical.
  4. is about becoming vulnerable to another person.  It won't hurt if your characters will stumble through the process every now and then, even a little clumsy and less self-assured OR if YOU are actually not sure how to go about it. How about using that feeling as your character's 'voice'?
  5. isn't always the way to go. It's a real challenge as a writer but it's not a MUST HAVE/DO.

P.S. I'm not an expert, these are just the things I've learned along the way. Hope it helps! ^_^

i've seen too many people write because other people enjoy it. it's frustrating because it seems like they all write the same. isn't the same process for everyone. i hate, hate, hate how people write about characters losing their ity or not having much ual experience but they don't make one mistake during the scene, not one stuff-up, not one awkward moment during , nothing.
also, a while ago i wanted get more familiar with the male anatomy and ual activities in general, so i watched a four hour documentary about how to have , how to do so correctly and safely, how to please your partner, and all this other stuff and it was honestly the most educational thing i've done in my life. much better than -ed in school..

I've read a few stories that were written by people that needed to hear this stuff lol but then the giggles I got were fun anyway. I always appreciate that you keep things real and yes that vulnerability seems to be so often forgotten about but it's an important factor.
