omg okay so here are the things that've worked for me:

- HULA HOOPING!!! it has done WONDERS for me.... like i hula hoop at least 30 mins a day while watching The Office on netflix (baHAHAhaAHAHA my fav)
- for breakfast i eat my fav apple&cinammon or maple syrup oatmeal and a ton of fruit, it has hella fiber and is SO FILLING AND YUMMY
- i drink more liquids than i used to.... like okay for example whenever i go to cafes and stuff i used to get cakes & rlyy chocolatey stuff, but now i just get like.... iced chai tea lattes and boba tea whenever i want a sweet treat, bc it lasts longer and it leaves me more full. Also i am a HARDCORE sweets person
- whenever i have sweets cravings i eat chocolate covered guava berries/goji berries. but ya like its important to exercise and eat right and stuff but if you have cravings, try going out of the house on a walk or smthn to distract yourself, and tbh its not wrong to indulge yourself once in a while.
- OH ALSO i eat dinner HELLA early... like at 4:15 or 4:30.... at first i used to get like hunger pangs in the night, so i ate unsalted crackers which are a great snack if you're hungry and want something light, but ya u get used to eating dinner early.
- take pics of outfits you want to look good in and use them as inspo
- this is so weird but i have a rly fancy pair of lingerie and i wear it every day and im like AIGHT gotta get hot so i can look good in this.... yaYEET
- i stopped eating rice & like.... bread (technically chappati bc i am brown af). i just load up on a TON of vegetables and side dishes and curries, so im still like hella full and i have the impression that i ate a LOT but its all healthy stuff. but from time to time i eat rice/chappati, just not every day anymore
- MYFITNESSPAL APP IS AMAZING
- SO IS THE STEP COUNTER/HEALTH APP IF U HAVE AN IPHONE
- drinking water is important, but i used to take that to an EXTREME level and drink literally drink 11-14 cups of water a day which is a no no

you shouldn't base off of weight. it's the volume that counts. i look like i'm at least 53 but I am actually 65 :P it's my bones and muscles, focus on getting her body IMAGE and not her weight~ the only way you are actually going to lose weight is not eating, which you should be doing (eating you should be eating i mean XD) because excercising gains weight because your muscle will become heavier than your fat! if you just lose weight you'll just be eating less. get her body image, not her weight!

Tell my about it :') all i wanna is lose weight but i freaking love food :'') i tried and lost some wait but then i came back to my old habits :') i wanna have yuri's body so bad but food just tastes soo good xD T.T
