Undertale Cosplay

so ive been obsessed with undertale lately and I've decided to make a cosplay for muffet because shes my queen LOL im planning to get this finished by at least momocon which is a georgia anime/gaming convention at the end of may... would by chance anyone know how to go about making fake arms for the cosplay? I know the first thing you would think is "oh manami just look it up"...well i have and to be brutally honest, im not very faund(fond? idk) of the results LOL would anyone have any tips for me on how to make a set of fake arms (i know weird question right) Heres what I'm going to cosplay as:

What I can think of right now is cutting foam for the arms or maybe use the long paper rolls from wrapping paper with create movable joints, then put some skin color stockings (pantyhose) on them and give them stuffed gloves at the end.
