I don't know why I suddenly wanted to write this. It's been three weeks since I started my college. I'm studying medicine and my college is in  a city which is four hours of bus ride away from my hometown. 

I don't know if you guys know about ragging or not. It is quite similar to bullying but not to some extent. My senior call it Disciplinary action. It is nothing serious, if you ask me. But for some people, it is quite hard.

What happens basically is that you have to obey whatever your senior ask you to do.

1. Everytime I see a senior..wait I can't even see them. Because I need hang my head down and not look at them in their eyes. But I generally notice them anyways. What I have to do is, I have to give them a full 90 degree bow and greet them. In my country, we don't now while greeting, we join our hands. I don't know why that want us to now like korean and Japanese. (My friend only bow a little. But in my case, I give a proper bow. It is one of the things I learned from bts)

2. If they ask me for to dance or sing or act or even play football without a ball, in the middle of my class or mess or anywhere, I have to do it. Plus I can't smile or laugh or even worse cry (I did cry at my first encounter with them )

3. I have to walk in queue.( just imagine 90 students walking from class to the mess in a queue, i personally think it will be quite funny)

4. I am not allowed to wear any necklaces, earrings, watch and stuffs like that.

5. I have to do the homework they give us. Like converting a English song into my native language or vice versa, copy their notes. In my case, it is generally drawing and sketches.

But all of this is slowly decreasing. Today it was the first day of our sports week and I was assinged as the HOWD. If you are wondering what that means, it means head of water department. That means I have to make sure every player and even the audience and the commentor, is well hydrated. I'm tired and my feet are sore. But I'm happy. Because I saw the faces of some seniors and they even complimented me for my work ^_^. 

I just hope this all gets over soon. I heard that they do this for few weeks only. I really hope so. Because I want to live to officially write Dr. before my name.^_^.  He he he....
